  4. I'd submitted my DS-260 in June because I wasn’t fully aware of how important it was to file as early as possible. I thought it was okay as long as it was submitted before the deadline, and I also think that they gave me 1 yr to put my docoment together but now I realize timing makes a big difference. It’s a lesson I’ve learned, and if I get another chance in the future, I’ll definitely submit right away.
