    Hi Fellow Vjs,

    Greetings!

    Is there anybody know how can i track my AOS online? How do you know that USCIS touch it already or not?

    Would you know the link? And what is the receipt number to be use?

    hELLO There thank you for your kind reply but i can't still get it in, i created an account under customer and my AOS receipt number is starting from MSC and i tried to add this receipt number but failed the only receipt number accepted in here is my last receipt number in I-130 petition.

    mAYBE i got the wrong way?

    Anyway hoping to get more details online soon so i can monitor my AOS status online.

    Employment Certification

    Hello Everyone!

    This is with regards to the Employment Certificate of my husband that I will bringing with me during my interview which is scheduled on August 19, 2008.

    On his certificate it is being wrote down there his hourly rate and Im wondering what's the best thing to do? Indicate the yearly salary or just specificy his hourly rate?

    Hope someone could answer my question. I want to make sure it's right so I will not have problems during my interview.

    DS156 Question

    Good day to all!

    I know this is such a simple question but I just want to make sure.

    On Question number 14 of DS156 about NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. Do I have to answer NONE or do I have YES using my ID's issued by the Philippine Government like our SSS Number. I put my TIN number in there or SSS will do.

    Can I type on Bold letters or what? YES

    On Question number 28 Who will pay for your trip? Can I answer my husband and his complete name? or just his complete name? JUST PUT YOUR US CITIZEN SPOUSE

    On Question number 22 When do you intend to arrive in the US? Can I give them specific date and month? YES YOU CAN GIVE THE TENTATIVE DATE THAT YOU WISH TO ENTER US JUST GIVE ALLOWANCE

    On Question number 36 Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf? Can I say yes because my husband filed I-130. (I saw the example forms but it's on K1)

    I PUT HERE "NONE"

    10 Years Green Card

    Oh yes, the initial determination was not made by one of those know nothings that says " I'll submit this for approval and you will get our decision in the mail". Got a firm "approved" and I-551 on the spot from our interviewer.

    Went through all the worrying and comments from others but we followed up and know we are OK.

    BUT, that was just our experience. Others may have different experiences.

    I do wonder how the OP knows they are receiving a 10 year green card before it arrives.

    We got the welcome Fiance(e) adjustment COA: IRO letter in the mail. In the letter it said that we will soon mail you a new Permanent Resident Card and that we should receive it within the next 3 weeks. On letter it also said your new card will expire in ten years. I know we did not receive the green card and I don't know what the expiration date on the green card right now. I hope they will send us the 2 years greed card instead. I believe we should not receive the 10 years green card because we only married about 5 months. If we receive a 10 years green card, I think we have to go to our local USCIS office and ask them if they gave us the correct green card or not.

    I am already here w/ my "husband" in the US. But i feel like i am in HELL whenever we are fighting or arguing something about. I really want to go back to the Philippines to get rid of this. Honestly, i still thought why i married him. Actually, the first time i met his family was Horrible for me. I don't know. His brother was obviously doesn't like me for him for whatever the reason he has. I don't know if i am just being pathetic or over reacting on something i do not like. I don't know if this is because i am bored or the homesick. I was out of my mind when i agreed to marry him for i thought i will be happy with him. Btw, we've just married last month JULY 21 but we are already fighting almost every other day. :angry:

    Can please someone tell me what will be the effect if I will go back to the Philippines on my AOS?

    It would be okay for me if my husband and i will not continue this fuc*ing AOS and instead just file for the divorce or will it be automatically if i go back to my country?

    I never been happy after i marry him and If i can only turn back time I shouldn't marry him and thought million times to do such shi* like this. :crying:

    Hi, hope your doing fine this time, just think about getting divorce a little more time again because you might regret it when in the end you would learn you stillin love wiht your husband, find yourself at most when you think you know what you want and what your hearts wants then do it, right now i guess you are still confuse of whats happening, remember that you have promise to love him who ever he is and you love him that is why you marry him.

    Hang in there, there is no such things as beautiful when ou see the real world of marriage as you know you will see a lot of challenges in life, its the way you learn to each other, you are two human beings and two different identities with different culture, we as Filipina tend to be very sensitive sometimes, but don't be, because are in different part of the world right now, all you have to do is embrace whatever your life has offering you, do not give up otherwise you cannot accomplish anything even your goin back to the Phillippines, i believe your family is proud of you being here in the USA, a lot of people loves you, your family and friends, many of us who cares for you, finish your AOS and get your green card be proud of it, do something that makes you busy find job later on, do not care of other people care about yourself, understand your husband more, do not argue if not needed. Make the best of it to your marriage. Think about the hard times just for you to get here and the sweetness of your husband, appreciate him and be thankful.

    Later on in your life you will see how beautiful it is in america.

    I arrived in US last July 6, 2008 thru K3 visa, now we are on gathering paper works for AOS,

    wondering if what is the Alien number registration to be use or the File number? Where can i get that?

    Got my Passport and visa today, i meet up the Delbros delivery half way to manila coz i have to get sticker from CFO for my passport.

    Finally everything is perfect by now, got a ticket and ready to fly on Sunday and be with my husband.

    To all please be patient, and never stop doing things on your own, be resouceful and smart to make things possible in a shorter time.

    Does everyone got there packet for K3?

    Hi everyone!

    I feel so sad coz I called the USEM to inquire about my case then the operator acknowledge that my case is already in there system. But he informed me that I just have to call back after 2 weeks to schedule for an interview and to wait for the packet.

    I answered him that my husband got a letter from NVC with the case number itself (well, I got the case number few days before the letter of NVC arrived) but still he insisted call back after 2 weeks.

    Does everyone in here got the packet? And do I really have to wait for that packet?

    I read in here before that it would be a lot better if the petitioner will be the one to call the USEM. Could anything enlighten my mind?

    My case was sent to USEM by the NVC last June 24, 2008.

    Irene please call back in few days again and set an appointment, if your case is eligible you would not have any problem of doing that.

    Got CFO seminar today

    HI Vj members,

    Hayyy at last now there is a direction of my visa thing.

    My visa was released yesterday to delbros and will deliver tomorrow so i got a quick seminar to CFO at quezon city so when i get my passport and visa i would just get a sticker from them quickly with nothing to worry about.

    Got a ticket for sunday flight at night and will arrive in LAX at 7pm. Flight 112 of Phil Airlines.

    Hope you guys who is waiting now will be ok soon too.

    Hey i have a little concern wondering if you knew about this, have you gone thru a seminar thing after you got your visa? If you knew this what kind of seminar is that and where can i take it?

    Would appreciate your soonest reply.

    * my status : My husband called grace and she informed my husband that their getting ready my visa and Delbros will inform me as soon its in their hand, but she said that i need to get a seminar thing which my husband do not understand it all.

    I am now here at the US with my k3 visa. i just got here yesterday and im so happy that eveything went out so smooth, i didn't had a hard time at the airport stops. at my POE in MSP, they didnt asked too many question and they are just reviewing my papers.

    I feel homesick though but i'm very happy that im now living with my husband.

    Hiii..have a great life with your hubby!!

    3.emails from 2006 randomly to 2008

    5.Bank Certificate

    8.Vaccination copy fr st. lukes

    9.Medicard from his insurance beneficiary

    10.history of money transfer from his account to my account

    11.Original receipt of approval of petition I-130 and I-129F
