    I had myself, my fiancee, and sister all checking for slots. didnt seem like that caused issues. i was suggested to check along with my fiancee as slots can open randomly. as long as you dont sit there and spam refresh i dont think it would hurt. if youre not familiar with the site it is total trash and you will encounter trouble, but its mostly the website hosting itself thats the problem. feel free to dm me if you want a better explanation my brain is fried this morning.

    Aaaahhhh i have another question. We havent been together since last September, how much do you think theyd weigh that if asked? I am thinking of trying to fly out there for the interview.

    We finally defeated the visascheduling boss but now we are on a HUGE crunch. OFC is june 1st with her interview june 9th. Would it be enough time before the interview to do it like the 2nd and 3rd or 3rd and 4th? Any insight is helpful and as always TIA.

    I have a question and my hopes is maybe someone on this thread can help. The payment on USVisascheduling has remained grey since Sunday, the day we completed everything and paid. I reached out to support and they say our receipt is active but our payment remains grey. We are able to click on the Schedule IV Appointment and check for slots. My fear is a slot will not show up due to the payment button being grey, even though we were told the payment receipt was active. Everything online says to close and start a new application but my fiance is scared to do so. We do not have a Continue Application button. Anyone have any insight? Or if there is a better place to ask this please direct me. The uncertainty is killing us. 😭

    the whole website is a ####### shoot. support told us our payment receipt is on our account but not showing up anywhere. its so stressful.

    This is probably a question for the regional subforum. A lot of countries have their own procedures for this portion of the process.

    We filled out DS160 and paid the visa fee yesterday. Would it be too soon to send the i134 and supporting documents to Aye? I know her interview wont be for a couple months most likely. I am afraid of them saying everything is too "old". Again, TIA.

    I had the same issue and I just refreshed the blocked page and it continued to the home page where I could check for open slots. Maybe this will work for you as well.

    Harder to give advice as things differ from one embassy to another. I was advised my fiance doesnt really need to receive her welcome letter before filling out the DS160. You may want to check in your region subforum and ask there.

    for anyone still following this thread. our case status changed to ready yesterday. spent 3 weeks "In Transit"

    the only other thing you can do is try reaching out to the embassy. Manila had an email for these specific inquiries. Once Manila received ours the surname became required to get the update in the tracker.

    Only thing we need is NBI Clearance then. Your help again is so appreciated.

    That is probably what I am going to suggest to Aye. Since she isnt currently working we got it covered haha. 👍 Did Jaycel bring a local police clearance with her or just the NBI?

    Today our status updated to Ready but the instructions say to wait until contacted to do anything. I have seen in the past that most just filled out ds160 before receiving instructions. Is this still the case? TIA

    After 3 weeks of sitting In Transit, our case status changed to Ready today. Patience pays off ya'll

    You're doing everything you can and that is all that matters. The whole system is wonky at best and meant to test us. Just stay the course. We will get through this

    That is really all you can do unfortunately. According to the USCIS agent I talked to yesterday they do not always update when they send it to NVC. Just have to send a PI and hope they have received it I guess.

    ahh okay. the approval should be extended by a consular officer. you can reach out to the embassy maybe? i know for the manila embassy they do it at the interview as long as there are updated letters or intent to marry. as for a case id maybe its the uscis case id from noa1? i do not believe we get anything else.

    Send a PI to the NVC with your USCIS receipt number and attach your NOA2 and ask them for your NVC case number and let them know you never received K1FTP. You can also try reaching out directly to the embassy: support-indonesia@usvisascheduling.com or giving them a call 1 703 844 2653
