  1. we filed april 30,2008.i moved june 01,2008 and changed address as required by uscis.online i recieved letter dated july 8 2008 saying our petition i129f was processed and mailed to address on file.me nor our attorney ever recieved anything in mail.i have put in 1st service request and never recieved again.im now on my 2nd service request and doubt ill recieve anything thru it.is this some kind of smoke screen by csc to delay petition?we are at 7 months now and counting with nothing to show for it.just 2 days before filing i recieved my naturalization papers, would this have anything to do with this case?maybe discrimination

  2. hello all,i spoke to uscis today after its been 6 1/2 months now.the 6 month processing does not put you behind.we must wait an extra 30 days to be out of timeline.i didnt know that as of today.we will wait another 2 weeks and we should know something.i just got back from 8 day visit to my honey in philippines,i couldnt wait any longer
  3. i was in states with gc for 46 years from canada.in 2007 i filed for my n400 naturalization and that was granted april 08.2 days after that was granted i filed for the k1 visa.now we are still waiting and waiting.in reality it would seem faster to do it this way.as a gc holder and filing k1/cr-1 your certain to wait many many years.either way its a long process so hang in there

  4. i have read the news that in 2008 uscis has made significant progress.have you seen any progress because i sure havent?granted my n400 was processed in record time earlier this year but my k1 filing is dragging on so slow.they only shift the burden to another department?

  5. did you call your financial person, and ask for a print out of whatever you have invested. Did this need to be notarized? Did you just attach it to the I-134?

    confused.

if your pay stubs show you earning more than the 125% why show your stocks and bonds and your investments.so far this year ive earned almost 50k and have no intention of divulging my retirement funds stocks or bonds.why give them more?

  6. :crying: ok,we are now officially at 182.5 days(6 months exactly)so that makes us officially in your club.we got letter dated july 8,2008 saying the k1 was processed and mailed to last know address.its still on the uscis website but my attorney nor we ever recieved.i did move 1st of june and notified them so only god knows where this form mailed is.(or even what it is)i cant get any updates fron national center either.our attorney is mailing letter to them and i think its time to notify senator and congressman about this.uscis website says 6 months right?
  7. :crying: we will join you today.it has been 180 days as of today.i call and get the same ole run around as alway.this numb nuts told me i cant make a service request.i got notice online dated july 8 that your document i129f was processed and mailed to the address on record yada yada yada.i moved june 1st 2008 and did a legal change of address per website the day i moved(june 1)i never ever recieved anything from them at all.neither did our attorney!!!!!now they are telling me i cant make any service request?i really think someone is dropping the ball and it aint me.its been 6 months now and i see these people from may and even june getting noa2 and im wondering if uscis is discriminating in some form against some people for what ever reasons they may feel or have.i have vented thank you
