    Yes he properly stated he was married (which he was to me) when he submitted his second tourist visa application. He applied the first time in Jan 2024 (before marriage) and was denied and obviously single. July 2024 was our marriage and Oct 2024 applied again (while waiting for i -130 because we are so far apart). Could this be the reason he was denied? He was given no explanation

    What would be something big enough to be relevant? He was married the second time he filled out the tourist visa. Married July 2024 and interviewed for tourist Oct 2024.

    My husband has filled out the DS-160 as he’s tried to come on a tourist visa twice and was denied. Will the consulate check all past visa applications to make sure they add up to the DS260? What if we forgot an employment history or certain dates don’t add up? He wasn’t denied for anything wrong or bad…just straight up denial.

    Yes i am in the process of filling it out but it is taking days as it always logs me out.

    I’ve been trying to fill out the DS-260 since my case has finally made it to NVC but the website is logging me out after every second, literally. When it comes to filling out the spouse section i cant even get to the drop down without it just randomly logging out. I’ve tried on my phone, laptop, google chrome, safari, Firefox, edge, clearing cache, incognito mode and even working during off hours. I’d understand if i was Idling or taking too long, but just by clicking the drop down I’m getting logged off. Please help. I dont Know how to finish this
