    The oath ceremony is scheduled on Thursday 9/25!! I didn't expect it to be this quick, so I am surprised, but very happy about it. I am almost completed with the process.

    Had the interview today and I am approved! My FO doesn't offer the same day oath, so I will need to wait to hear from them. The officer told me that I would receive a letter in 2 weeks, we will see. The interview itself was so quick and the officer even said that this one would be quick like 20 mins. He was very nice and friendly. I don't even remember 6 civics test he asked... it was that quick. I didn't even need to present the appointment letter or GC to the officer (I did at the check in window). He basically read my personal information from the application to confirm if it is still correct. All I said was yes. The part 9 questions, he went through quick too. I don't think he read each question. My USCIS status is now "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled" I will see how soon it will be scheduled!

    I received an email from USCIS that my interview is scheduled 9/5!! 5 year rules, FO is Louisville. 3/26 - N400 application filed online 3/26 - Biometrics reuse 7/28 - Interview Scheduled with interview date 9/5 Time to study hard for the test!!

    There was API update as below, I only see the estimate moved up to 7 months from 3 months. So that is probably what this update is for??     Venting here - I've checked API periodically and my case hasn't been touched for almost 3 months. It says "updated at 4/2", I filed on 3/26/25. It is within a normal processing time frame for sure, but waiting is hard!!! A little update here and there makes me feel at ease, knowing my case is making a little bit of progress. ☹️

    I checked my USCIS website just now and the new timeline tab is gone. It went back to "my progress" tab and the estimated time is changed to 4 months from 5 months! I know this is not reliable, but the new timeline showed that similar cases at my FO takes 7.5 months and only 1% was completed around my submission time. I like seeing 4 months much better, but either way, I can't really rely on any of these info 😂

    I've been a LPR for over 10 years, but I haven't been scheduled for an interview yet. I wonder location matters as well? I am in Kentucky, I don't see many KY filers... I am somewhat anxious watching/hearing recent immigration news.

    I was expecting that you would chime in!! Thank you for reminding me not to pay too much attention to it 😅 Yes I know it is not reliable and for sure I get excited about it lol I still check the status daily.... a bad habit 😅

    I filed N400 online today 3/26/2025. Now I see notice of reusing biometrics in my account. How and where can I see the estimate time frame etc.?
