  1. By creating your timeline here on this platform you'll be able to see it but they are not really that accurate.
  2. Our estimate went even further away....but I went on Track my Visa and they have pretty interesting charts about the processing of I-130's that you can view free of charge. That put my mind to ease, I recommend to have a look at that site!😊
  3. Our timeline didn't have an estimate for a very long time either. Yes, let's hope we get the good news soooon πŸ’—
  4. On our timeline. I've heard though that they are not accurate but it's still disappointing seeing it jump so much further πŸ˜• let's hope closer to July than November....
  5. Apparently the time estimates are not accurate....on our timeline it stated March 2026 for a very long time, then it didn't say anything for a while and today I checked and it says between July 30th -November 29th 2026....πŸ™„
  6. Any news/approvals? It looks like they haven't started yet to approve any petitions with NOA1 in March 2025....still waiting....Good luck everyone, hopefully things will start moving soon βœ¨οΈπŸ’—
  7. We have not gotten approved yet, still waiting 😊Is there really a big slow down at the moment?πŸ₯ΊFingers crossed it won't be too long....
  8. Hi, any other 02/25 I-130 filers out there? We are going through consular processing with my USC husband, got our first NOA March 5th 2025 & now waiting and hoping for fast approval 🀩 Good luck everyone πŸ’—
  9. Thank You 😊That's what I was thinking too πŸ‘
  10. Hi, quick question πŸ‘‹ I'm the foreign beneficiary, my husband is the USC petitioner and our I-130 is pending. I am traveling to see my husband over the holidays. I'm traveling on ESTA. Our I-130 was filed under my maiden name. Now my lastname has changed to my husband's name and I have a new passport with my updated lastname. Should I bring my old passport with me also when I travel? I believe I need to bring it to the interview eventually but just wondering if I need it with me now when traveling too? Many thanks for your help 😊
  11. Hi!I'm the beneficiary and my husband is USC. Our I-130 petition is pending, we got married Christmas 2024 and submitted our I-130 March 2025. On the I-130 is my maiden name as it took a few months to change my last name officially here in my country. I have renewed my passport now so it has my new last name instead of my maiden name. Will this be an issue when entering the country as I will be visiting my husband over the holidays (Christmas & New Year's) ,should I bring my old passport with me too when I travel? I will be traveling on ESTA, don't need a visa to visit from Finland 😊 Many thanks for your help.
  12. I have lived in 2 other countries for over 12 months in my 20's, am almost 50 now but I guess I still need police reports since I was over 16 yrs old back then.
  13. Thank You & thumbs up on the Finnish skills πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘Œ I am the beneficiary and I have lived abroad, in several countries actually, so I need to start getting those police reports as that could take a while. Thank you again!
  14. Hi, We are waiting for our I-130 petition to be approved, receipt notice dated March 5th 2025. Would it make sense to already start gathering needed documents/getting ready somehow for the next step? Many thanks for your help!πŸ™‚
  15. Thank you!!!Will try that πŸ™‚
  16. Yes, the first receipt notice was an sms followed by a letter version by mail. An online account would be useful though in the future when submitting the nxt batch of paperwork but we haven't received an online access code as we submitted the petition as a paper version. And yes, I understand it's a long wait, just asking while waiting πŸ™‚ Thanks for your reply πŸ‘
  17. Hi, we submitted our I-130 petition in March this year. As we didn't submit the petition online, we dnt have an online account. Do we receive a letter in mail when our petition is approved? I believe it's not possible to link our petition to an online account as we filed the paper version instead of submitting it online πŸ€” Also, another question. Our receipt notice said at the bottom "Potomac Service Center " but just below that the address of the Texas Service center....does that mean anything? Many thanks for your help πŸ™‚
  18. Hi, Me and my USC husband have filed a petition for spouse visa I-130. My last name on the petition was my maiden name. Now my last name has been officially registered in my home country, Finland. Do I need to noticy USCIS about the name change or just wait til the process moves onward & fill in the nxt papers with my new last name? Also our receipt number starts with IOE. At the bottom of the receipt notice it has "Potomac Service Center " but below the address of the Texas Service center. Which one is? Does it even matter? Thank you in advance ☺️
  19. We finally received the paper version receipt notice 🀩 They received our petition March 5th. So it's been a good while πŸ™‚
  20. Happy to have another Finn here 🀩 I think we used À and so far no problem 😊 We only sent our spouse visa petition in in March 2025 so haven't heard much back yet at all as expected. Best of luck with everything!
  21. We sent in an inquiry today since we haven't received the official receipt notice in mail yet....got an instant automated reply that they will look into it and expect a reply within a month. We'll see πŸ™‚
  22. Oh wow that's crazy if we have to travel to Stockholm twice 😳 hopefully not...but thank you for the info & best of luck with everything πŸ™‚
  23. Ok, thank you 😊 I was just concerned if there's some instructions etc on it that we would be missing. And also we dnt have an online access code cause that's on that written notice I believe.
