    Yes it's Canada thing even in 2021 one American attorney advised me not to depend on Montreal office their process is so delayed, Surprisingly India is far ahead processing interviews.

    @appleblossom I did updated my Timelines (NVC Section DQ May 07, 2024), but don't see date to update my priority date i.e. March 06, 2012 (EB2 India). Thanks

    My PD current from more than a Year and DQ May, 2024. As I understood from this channel currently Montreal maintaining 1 Year wait-time from DQ to get IL?

    My Friend received this Denial yesterday in Mumbai office.  His category EB3 and no issues with current employer, i think his past history has H1 Visa denial also past employer filed Labor was denied and with current employment offer he worked in USA with multiple extensions as well.  Any input or advice for him can he go to appeal through attorney?  Thanks in advance
