My case is EB1C. I am too early in the process to submit my timeline. I have just received the welcome letter from NVC and trying to prep for the next steps.

Is Affidavit of Support documents needed from Employer for EB case?

H1-B is a dual intent visa. Do you have any estimates of wait times at Montreal and Mumbai?

No I am in Canada but have the option to enter enter US on H1-B, but have a child who is attending college in Canada and would prefer not to disturb his studies and hence preferring Consular Processing if the wait times are not insane.

@appleblossom I just had my I-140 approved last week under EB-1C category. I am evaluating Consular Processing vs AOS and hence wanted to check on interview wait times. PD is July-2017 so is current now. If you have any info regarding wait times at Mumbai consulate request you to please share.
