    Hi guys and gals, I got a RFE to resubmit evidence for marriage certificate and birth certificate. I ran into a problem as scanning pictures became too dark, if I tried to adjust the color, the text becomes too faint. Is it acceptable to take a picture with an iPhone then insert it to scanned pages? The background for scanned pages are obviously black and white but the photo taken page has slight variations. Will USCIS accept this?

    Hi guys, I was thinking about submitting new evidences like phone FaceTime logs, and in vitro fertilization proof from the hospital for submitting Unsolicited evidence. Does anyone know if this would help the case? We’ve waited for about a year now. For 864, will the USCIS ask for bank deposits or just your tax forms? I’m thinking maybe I should deposit any excess cash instead of spending it directly. Please help, the whole process is very stressful. 😣
