When i applied company submitted tax returns which is normal and on their website. Plus I had to add my son when I went for interview so they know I just had a son in the two years waiting time

I applied in 2020, approved in 2021, had my son in October 2021 went on Matt leave in 2022, returned back in 2024 January. So my income isn't ad high as it normally would. I attached my sons birth certificate and my maternity leave letter from the company. I will see how it goes

No i have never worked in the USA. Yes thought tax returns for EB1A is definitely odd. But online it shows they do require tax returns They asked for my tax returns, husband tax returns and company

Yeah I don't know what happened. But they didnt ask for it and we went for the interview everything went smooth. They just asked for tax returns last week. I don't think they will ask for it because it's past that I think. But I'll get it ready in the meantime

Yes I got a 221 g requesting his police clearance from Canada and our passports which i sent it on July 13, recieved July 15th and then they returned it back

They only needed his police clearance from Canada as we didn't have it during the interview. I am an applicant and he is a dependent. They didn't ask for his police clearance from his birth country

Well my husband sent an email requesting his passport and they returned all the passport including his. Could that be why? They didnt request any information from my home country. I moved to Canada when I was 14 years old so they didnt need any documentation from my birth country according to the officer

Yes they recieved it and confirmed they recieved it. All of a sudden they sent it back after having it with them for 5 months. No visa stamped nothing. No instructions nothing.

Hello, I am under the EB1 a category and I went for my interview on March 11 2024, I was handed 221 g to submit husband's clearance and our passports. Submitted in July 12 received July 15, all of a sudden our passports was just returned without any other instructions. What do I do. What does this mean. Has this happened to anyone. Our medicals has long expired . Do you think it was returned because of the medicals? They haven't requested it yet. What do I do. Freaking out here. Any help or anyone experienced this
