  4. Hello guys, my wife never got the work permit but she had green card interview today and the officer said she passed. And expect the card in mail 2-3 weeks.. I checked the status online but it said at first that interview was completed and card is being processed but on the next page it said the interview got canceled. I am confuse now.
  5. Hello everyone, quick update on this. My wife work permit still haven’t come in yet. I check online and it still says the same thing. But my wife got an interview for green card next month. question about this is, how long after the interview will she get her card? I am assuming that they might do it faster and not send the work permit. what are the questions they will be asking on the interview? How should we prepare for this? What documents should we take? Do we take pictures as well? Please give me suggestions. thank you
  6. Hey @PokuPoku we haven’t heard anything from uscis about my wife work permit. It’s been over 100 days now. For her green card it says they need more info so they sending a paper out with what they need so we waiting for that. This has taken way too long.
  7. Yah all I care abt rn is ead, that should only take 5-6 months from filing right
  8. 3-6months for now or from my filing date? If it’s from now that seem like a ridiculous time line bro. I swear this government is annoying
  9. From my timeline when can I hear something from them?
  10. How can I withdrawal the application? Do I write a letter to uscis?
  11. Yes I know that and I told the lawyer that we got married and everything within 90. But when he filled for work permit and green card not sure why he applied for that aswell when that isn’t required.
  12. Hello, so my wife came in k-1 visa to USA and we got married and all. We filled for work permit and green card together but while doing that my lawyer filed for I-130 no idea why. Will that application make my process for work permit and green card slow? If so how do I withdrawal that application? My lawyer isn’t helpful at all. I need some help… will uscis see that she is already in USA and void the application? Because I’ve already gotten a letter saying they have received the papers… I am confuse on what to do. Someone with some expertise help me
  13. Hmmm cause my lawyer said he sent in inquiries. I tried to talk to agent online but they said they can’t give me any info
