I just called the 800 number and the woman I spoke to acknowledged that my case was outside there processing dates. She was going to put in a service request but then said the computer wouldn't let her do it because they are processing cases dated as of March 4!

they told you your k3 was outside processing times??

you think?? cjvasani I have lost hope already I want to call but to tell them what? I want to cry so bad today my husband's corporate email is down today so I have no communication with him right now so I'm so depressed

so it seems that the k3 are not going to be adjudicating by the i-130 noa date ???

Got back from Dominican Republic and nothing yet no touches no movement no progress this is so depressing!

well to be honest i rather win the lottery so i could move to DR with my husband and open a business there and chill in punta cana!

Cj you will get it soon trust me i even pray that you get it before me because you deserve it more than i do at least i get to see my husband every 2 o 3 months so its not that bad and of course we are conected everyday at work at home and then on the phone for hours so i guess i have a relief in this storm. but i really wish you get approved soon!

i'm really giving up i'm not going to torture my self anymore i'm just going to enjoy my time with my husband and then when i come back i'm just going to focus on my next trip.

i really don't know what to expect anymore i just know that i'm 8 days away from seeing my husband.

thanks for your warm wishes! i really pray that for those that have been waiting longer than me get approve now so i could be next. so far it seems everyone or at least almost everyone pending from 07 has been cleared out. hopefully i'll get that approval soon.

this is so depressing! 217 days has passed since i send the package and 211 days sinces NOA1 and nothing just one touch on both i-130 and k3 on July 10th but that's it! no more activity.

i really wish you the approval but if you get it soon it will show that my theory of them approving by k3 dates is right. so far i have seen april and may k3 approvals of course many of them were jan and feb fillers but it seems they are working on I-129f NOA1 dates instead of the I-130

well i can't advise you because i'm still stuck at VSC but take a look on James shorcuts and Lotto'
