guys I almost had a heart attack! I called today and the AVR said that documents where missing that a letter was sent to me to request the missing documents. so I called back and spoke to a live operator and he said that they are waiting for my DS230 and I told him I sent that form and the supporting documents on the 3rd and he said hold on.... yes sorry we did received your DS230 on Jan5 we are reviewing your case sorry about the misunderstanding. give us 2 to 4 weeks for review. but I guess I will continue calling LOL

hey guys! my AOS was accepted so now i'm just waiting for the IV package to be accepted as well. i hope this week i get the words i'm waiting for CASE COMPLETE

Sankuniku yes i have called them but they tell me that the embassy haven't upload the case to their system and today they told me that my case is on administrative processing at the embassy so i want to call them directly to find out what's the status if that is normal

At least you guys have an email i have to pay 8 dollars everytime i need to call the embassy at Santo domingo

my payment was rejected for unknown reasons my checking account has no debit from NVC and NVC has no record of transaction. so i don't know if i should try again or wait till i get the bill on the mail and then pay online. any advise?

CJ have you tried to contact the embassy to see if they will switch your k3 interview to a green card interview? because i don't think they will give you a better day than feb11.

i got a same but diferent issue i paid today as the DS230 was generated but i just checked and it says REJECTED as its status so i called but the rep tells me that the payment doesn't show as reject so she said to try again later and that if i still get that status to call back so i don't know what to do i hope this doesn't delay my process.

so the originals and their copies. do i need to submit my BC as well?

I hope you'll get everything on the 5th maybe your case is @ their office but not yet uploaded to their systems. maybe on the 5th not only your case will be upload but your ds3032 will be generated and AOS bill as well. do you have everything ready? if so you just need the green light from them and you will be done in a breeze. my delays had been the holidays and that I forgot to make my husband signed the ds3032 so I had to wait till he send it to me.

Yes Dessi! slowly but sure! i thought i was going to be more delayed but has been ok. can't complain! and i'm happy now because i found the pictures so i don't need to wait for my husband's mail!

That's good news! Danile & Jen, i just paid my IV bill and am ready to send in the DS302 just waiting to get passport pic from my husband as i don't know how i lost the ones we send me last time when we filed the i-130 :S

he is correct you will need your Case # and your INN # to log in then you will make the AOS payment and wait till next day (mine was changed to paid the day after) and print the barcode sheet. that you will send along with your I-864 but this is sent to the NH address to CMR

MVPSOL don't forget about the DS3032 have it signed as well.

I did the same thing as you guys i was told by a friend of mine who is a lawyer to put on 21c 0 as on the instructions says that don't count someone twice.

it really depends on the country you are going to have the interview. but so far most of the US embassies are scheduling Feb.

i am not going too crazy about NVC working. i guess i am used to the torture at VSC that I will gladly accept a few more days of wait (not too much, mind you )

thanks cmnb my bday is on the 9th so i'm hoping that i get to complete my case by then. i have paid my AOS fee and submitted the DS3032 and the Affidavit form and papers, so now i'm waiting for the green light on the DS302 part and i'll be done. i have all my papers so i just need the GO from them. also the visa specialist aren't working so i guess i'll have to wait till monday the 5th to find out if i made it to the feb interview list.

i guess when you are completed with your cr1 at nvc and you already have the k3 interview day this is the procedure to follow:

"Send in an expedite request to NVC by email explaining your situation and request. Then call NVC and ask to speak to a supervisor for it to get immediate attention. A lady by the name of Layla handled mine for me. NVC needs agreement from the consulate before they will forward the I-130 for the purpose of catching up with the k3."
