  1. so, sometime last year after i arrives in the US my wife and i got married and i had read that there is no rush to file for adjustment of status...but today just as we were about to get it all together, i read that i have to file before my i-94 expires.....which it did in september....am i reading something different for another visa or am i really not allowed to be here anymore.

what is the time limit to file for AOS?

    thanks peeps

generally speaking, for those in your situation that provision is largely ignored as a courtesy to the USC.

so what does that mean, im ok here or i have to get stuff sorted. im worried that il have to leave

    thanks

  4. i had my k1 interview in london lst wednesday, was a bit worrying outside in the queue but when i got through, they gave me a ticket number and told me to take a seat. i got called up to the window and the interview guy just aske for my evidence of support forms and that was literally it! i sat back down and got clled up again to another guy who just gave me back all my stuff and said have a good time in america. seriously its so easy and youl have nothing to worry about.

  5. im about to have my interview on the 21st of this month. just wondered if i should get a single (one way) ticket or a return. i would of thought a return would be better just in case immigration guys say something like "what if things dont work out" "how will you get home"

  6. just had my medical in london yesterday. went really well. sat around in the waiting room, filled out a form then got called in. a nice doctor named nisreen was very nice and had a great sense of humour. she gave me a blood test and joked around for a bit, then she said "now show me that you are a real man.....i didnt know what she meant and then it clicked, so i just whipped down my underwear and that was that. i then went into another waiting room and got called again to have an xray this time. only took like 5 seconds and after that i was finished. £180 bill to pay then i went home. today i got a letter from the embassy with my interview date!!!! 21st of may. any questions please ask
