Hi everyone, I'm seeking some advice and clarity on my I-130 processing time. My spouse and I submitted our I-130 on October 17, 2023. Initially, the estimated processing time was 5 months. Over time, the estimated time kept decreasing, and it eventually got down to 2 days. However, it then changed to "taking longer than expected" for about 3 months. Recently, the estimated time jumped back to 5 months, and just 2 days later, it shot up to 13 months! Does anyone have any idea what might be happening? Do we really need to wait another 13 months? Your help and input would be greatly appreciated, guys! Thanks in advance!
