Hi guys, Please share your ideas. Last year, I had an interview at the US consulate in Montreal for the DV Lottery. They placed me in administrative processing and requested that I complete Form 5535. My administrative processing was concluded, and I was cleared at the beginning of September. They then emailed me instructions to mail my passport for visa labeling. However, upon delivery of my passport, I was informed that the visa quota had been reached, and there were no visas available for me. My question is whether the administrative processing I underwent for the DV Lottery could apply to my EB2-NIW interview scheduled for May 31st? Alternatively, is there a possibility that I may be placed under administrative processing again?

@neds @Coco_2023 My lawyer also recommends to have an employment letter of any correspondence from an employer can strengthen the application and if I do not have, my case may result in AP.

Please note that no need to take all the vaccinations. You can take an immunisation blood test and it is acceptable for part of vaccinations such as Hepatitis B, MMR, and Varicella. You can ask your family physician to prepare requisition for this blood test.

If you've applied outside US so your case is going through IVP. So, you must take the medical examination with the authorised doctors who suggested by US Consulate.

They send the results electronically to the consulate. However, a few clinics give a sealed envelope and you must keep it sealed for the interview.

Hello everyone, I'm applying for EB2-NIW. Could you please clarify whether I need an employment offer or similar documentation for the Montreal interview? Will the officer ask for any letters during the process?

EB2-NIW Filing date was November 2021

As I could n't login my previous ID to this website, so I created a new one today. I received my Interview Letter today morning. My DQ date was December 19th, 2022.
