    This is mine as of today Submitted I-130 - 03/22/2024 Receipt received: 03/22/2024 Got email stating an action taken on case: 04/11/2024 (STATUS CHANGED TO ACTIVELY BEING REVIEWED)

    Hello Leslie,

     

    I was looking at your timeline and saw you sent in form I29F after filing the i130. It seems that everything went so quick for your process. Do you think sending in the i29F is worth it and might speed up the i130? 

    What steps can you suggest ?

      Sorry for the delay. Wow, time really flies fast. Yes, I can't confirm it but the same day that the I-129F was denied the I-130 was approved. Might be a coincidence but I think it worked. I hope this helps.

    Thank you! I used to actually follow that group but one of the main admins is extremely rude and should just create a blog where she posts information for people to look through instead of creating a "group" where people ask questions and look for support. But it is definitely a good group to find other people in the same situation.

    UPDATE - Received 2 alerts and then status was changed to being actively reviewed

    I received a text that an action has been taken on my case but when I log in nothing new has been added or changed.

    I filed March 2024 and am interested in following the journey of others that have done so.
