  1. You can answer Part 4 of I-134 for self-sponsor. Source: Form I-134, Instructions for Declaration of Financial Support As the person who agrees to financially support the beneficiary (including yourself if you are filing Form I-134 on your own behalf), you must show you have sufficient income or financial resources to support the beneficiary. Evidence should consist of copies of any of the documents listed below that apply. Failure to provide evidence of sufficient income or financial resources may result in the denial of the beneficiary’s immigration benefit request or their removal from the United States. File evidence of income and resources, as appropriate: 1. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details regarding the account: A. Date account opened. B. Total amount deposited for the past year; and C. Present balance. 2. Statement(s) from your employer on business stationery showing: A. Date and nature of employment. B. Salary paid; and C. Whether the position is temporary or permanent. 3. Copy of last U.S. federal income tax return filed (tax transcript). -- you can provide the UK equivalent If you did not file a Federal tax return, or if your Federal tax return does not properly reflect your current income, submit copies of consecutive pay statements (stubs) for a minimum of the past month, recent Form W-2, or Form SSA-1099. 4. List containing serial numbers and denominations of bonds and name of record owner(s)
  2. Nothing specific. Very random. But I heard there were slots this morning around 10:30am Manila time.
  3. Yes, green means available. When you click on a date it will show the available time slots in 30 mins interval. Im not sure but in December I was able to view atleast until June with (few) slots for the first 2 months only (Jan-Feb). March onwards were greyed out.
  4. This is true. If latent TB was diagnosed through IGRA with clear XRAY, St. Lukes would let her off the DOT hook just like the others. They don't care about other hospital/clinic's findings. This was the case of my DOT classmate in St. Lukes. She was on treatment for 2 months in the province when she did her medical at St. Lukes. She was asked if she had history of TB and taking TB meds. She answered yes and was subjected to sputum testing. She was given two options -- continue treatment outside which will add up one year to the entire visa process or transfer to St. Lukes. She opted to transfer did 4 months in St. Lukes and graduated last December and now in the US.
  5. She will not be able to repeat her medical right away at St. Lukes after her treatment in Gen San. She has to wait one year before she can repeat which I believe has something to do with the visa process. That’s how it will affect your case. Goodluck 🙂
  6. Just to clarify, is she being treated in Gen San or St. Lukes?
  7. Sorry to hear. I was in the same predicament 7 months ago and I know how stressful this can be. If I read it correct - SHE STARTED MEDS? If yes, you must ask St. Lukes what's their policy for applicants who will undergo DOT. If she can continue with interview as their policies changes too frequent. As for for @top_secret questions, he is right its important to clarify. Positive IGRA (latent TB) + Clear xray = CLEAR Failed XRAY = DOT MTB growth within 8-10 weeks = DOT
  8. YES, continue to schedule. We received the same email it's a generic response and the CEAC updated to "In Transit" status. When status change to "READY", you can now start looking for medical, biometrics and interview slots. I booked my medical while still in Transit status. You're good to proceed with the next steps as long as you have the MNL case already.
  9. The second video is pretty straight forward. Once the beneficiary info and MRV slip are encoded, this is how the landing page should look like every time you log in.
  10. Truth. There is no definite timeline. I met applicants who waited 90 days to be In Transit then few weeks more to be Case Ready whilst the other waited only 2-3 weeks from NVC for Case Ready. The wait time is brutal.
  11. Here's how we did ours: Thats page 9/13 part 4b. Petitioner's info below.
  12. 8-10am, 12-02pm, midnight MNL time. Very random.....
  13. I started looking November 2024. They opened few slots in December and January then mass opening around February second week. I was able to secure my 02/24 interview last December around midnight like 3am ish out of nowhere.
  14. Refers to both biometrics and embassy interviews. 🙂 If they will magically open slots, after you secure your biometric schedule you will be prompted to the next calendar which is consular booking. There have been no slots for about 6 weeks now. Ideally medical should be done before the interview. VAC don’t ask about medical completion status. There were applicants sent home because medical was not completed. There are also some that were allowed (like me). I guess it depends upon the mood of the consul. Though, the consul confirmed and mentioned medical not done yet is "normal". I guess they are aware how difficult it is to secure biometrics and consular appointments.
  15. @Bunninuts other than the date, update the address to her local US Embassy.
  16. Contact USCIS so they can cancel the visa.
  17. If 90 days later she's still in the US, call ICE on her.
  18. 1. Not sure - some were able to log back in after midnight. I guess it reset on the next business day 2. This I'm not sure cos I used to check 2-3 times (within 2 hours) and never had an issue. 3. Midnight, 8am, 10am, 12noon and 2pm MNL time. (at least in my experience) Try to clear cache and history, incognito or use another browser. Hope it works.
  19. This is a good timeline. Once case goes In Transit, it will changed to Ready in 2-3 days. You can secure your medical now 🙂 Congratulations!
  20. My fiancé has previous arrest from 20 years ago, consul still asked me about it even though we ticked the box and provided court documents.
  21. Your fiancé might be asked by the consul at her interview if the petitioner has arrest history. The best you can guys do is to be honest, admit that it’s an honest mistake then show proof that case is closed or expunged.
  22. USCIS guidelines for expedite requests. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/expedite-requests
  23. We have a similar case, I included my divorce decree, birth certificate and marriage certificate with my ex-husband. On the form, there is a box there where you put other names, aka or nicknames you used in the past. If you do have one, proof of legal name change is required which is marriage certificate. My visa was approved on 02/24.
