number 1 should only be 2 since your spouse gets counted in the following option automatically.
the total household size would still be 3 for number 8.
I am not sure if since your child is already a USC if they would be counted in number 1.
or if they would be counted in number 4.
Thank you for the response!
I hope there's someone out there who has the same experience can share their inputs

Wait 5 days for the system to clear. Email or call them if it’s not allowing rescheduling.
Close account and start another new. If the system is set, then scheduling can be made.
Thank you! I’ll pass the message..

Today I was able to obtain the interview appointment. So relieved.
My friend is having issues with rescheduling too. She was asked to reschedule her interview at the pre screening due to lack of documents (petitioner’s original divorce decrees). They submitted an inquiry via portal and current status is Escalated to PMO.

Hi maam im back again hehe , when you went for the K1 visa interview, did they not ask u maam for the foreign recognition of your divorce? Was the original divorce decree sufficient? Also, how about the CFO, ma'am did they not ask for the foreign recognition of divorce there either? Thank you!
Let me know if you'd like it made more formal or casual.
They did not ask at all. Embassy only took the original certified copy of my foreign divorce with a seal. CFO didn't ask for it. -

Can he file while he is out of job , he is working on getting another job sooner
Can we still go ahead to summit our form ,is it advisable to summit the I-129F
or he should wait still when he gets a job before filing it
yes, you can file the 129F already even he is out of job. Affidavit of support was not asked for me during the entire k1 process to be very honest. Most of the time they only ask those documents when you get the United States and go through the process of adjustment status. -

My wife’s daughter transferred from Philippines to California Schools. The school here had no problem at all accepting her Philippine records but they most certainly will want to check them. We used her baby book from the Philippines which had her vaccinations recorded. The most notable difference between ordinary Philippine practices and California requirements is that Varicella vaccination seems somewhat uncommon in the Philippines but is required here. If there are any missing shots, they would still let him start school and give a 30 days deadline to get whatever shots are needed. So, if any are missing you could wait until he is here. Whenever you know what city you will be moving to check online for the local school district. Many in California have online enrolment. I was able to enroll my stepdaughter before she even got here. They just said she was good to go so bring her by the office whenever she was actually here and ready to start.
Also, on her first visit to her pediatrician here the nurse very carefully went through and transcribed all of her Philippine vaccinations into the California state immunization registry so there now exists a very official US record too.
Thank you! This is truly helpful.
Also we are leaving in 2 days. Would you know if he needs e-travel and pay the travel tax? I spent the entire night browsing government websites but I couldn’t find an answer.

Contact the school and they will tell you what is required.
We don't have a specific school yet. We are still in the PH.
I guess I'm asking generally and those who are in the same situation.

Good Day!
My K1 visa was approved and I’m taking my 13 year old son with me which is a US citizen. Its his first time in America. 😊
Will he be required to present his vaccination records from the Philippines when he transfer to California for senior high?
Thank you!

You have to give CFO a call for rescheduling.

Thank you for this. I scheduled an appointment for bio this coming Monday. Hopefully everything works out. Im just anxious on why my DS260 was never re-opened while people in the group chat im with got theirs opened just after two days. Its been more that 3 weeks for me and no response even on email. Last week's call was just to tell me to wait.
Yea that's weird you couldn't open yours. I guess you can try and proceed with your schedules. Bring a printed proof from their end where they tell you to wait.
Plus, I remember the consul reopened someone's DS260 during an interview and the applicant had to go outside and do what she needed to do in an hour timeframe provided.
Goodluck!

CENOMAR - for single
Advisory on Mariages - the CENOMAR for married person
Since you're married in the Philippines, your wife will receive AOM id she requests a CENOMAR.
That's how I looked at it before, so I won't get confused.

Ha, actually just minutes after posting this, I got the notification the visa was issued. Things just came through a bit out of order haha. Yay!!!! Finally!
Congratulations!! 🥰
Yea could be a system glitch. During my time I received a response via inquiry that my case is on AP but shows otherwise on CEAC.
-
Yes, its normal. Once they open and review the case it will change to either Application Received or Administrative Processing then to Approved to Issued.

This might help

Yes, they do.
They look so comfy and unbothered. It's too difficult to ignore! 😩I always have to stop what I'm doing and just admire him. Plenty of times I had to sleep close to the edge of the bed so I won't disturb him lol my son thinks I'm crazy! 😂😂😂

Processing time after submission of 221g due to pending medical from St. Luke's Medical.

Glad to hear you and your Mom are reunited!
May I ask if her visa has annotations at the bottom? I underwent DOT at St. Lukes and arrived in the US May 8th. My visa didn’t have annotations nor never got a call/letter from DOH if I need to do something related to medical. I am thinking if I should call them?
