  1. I did not file in 2021 because i wasn't required to file, I was a student and in 2022 i did file but i only did an internship and my income was 1880 and 2023 was when i found employment and my income was 31,000 on the tax return.
  2. Thank you, So it is fine if I only submit the current year tax return? (2023)
  3. Hello, I am filing out the i864, and I see that I need to report the 3 previous years of income. In year 2021 and 2020 i did not meet the income requirements to sponsor my spouse, but in the year 2023 I did ($31,000) and my tax return will reflect that. I can also provide 6 months of paystubs and a letter from my employer showing my annual income as $47,000. I do not have a joint sponsor; will I be denied? If I am denied will i have to redo the entire cr1 process, because I do not have a joint sponsor and her family member that lives in the US is unwilling to act as a joint sponsor also.
