    Thank you for sharing, it seems that some Feb applications are receiving the NOA2 approvals now slowly, fingers crossed hopefully March ones comes soon! I'm checking every day! This is my timeline 03/20/23 Received notice, date of the mailed receipt letter. 05/03/23 Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS

    Hi, I also applied for my parents with receipt date of March 20th, I have the same message displaying on the USCIS portal - it seems that more and more of the people that applied in Feb 2023 are getting their NOA2 approvals these days, so hopefully another month I'm hoping for the I-130 approval. Best of luck! hopefully sooner than later cause the rest of the process is also lengthy. I have also created a topic for the March 2023 filers separately so everyone follows and adds their input from the same timeline.

    Congratulations! The NOA2 is that your I-130 approval? Thats great to know, I am a March 20th 2023 filer and I have been eagerly waiting - hopefully it comes through soon!

    Congratulations on this, thank you for sharing it is very helpful for others that are waiting! If your mom is outside of the US the form to fill for the next step is DS260 - i485 is for adjustment of status if the parent is in the country. Good luck on the rest of the process!

    Just wanted to start a topic for March 2023 Filers - Anyone who filed form I-130 for parents in March of 2023 leave a message here or feel free to ask any questions. Also, please update the forum on the progress of your petition with USCIS and the NVC.

    Hi, I have my I-130 receipt date as March 20th 2023. Filed I-130 for both parents, it was sent to Texas service center and later were transferred to Nebraska. At the moment both cases say case being actively reviewed and case taking longer than expected. Is there anyone with a priority(receipt) date of March in here? Have you received your case approval yet?
