i need advice here regarding documentation during interview for K1
i received a email from embassy us (malaysia)
that they need a original certificate for interview, i am okay about mine cert but for petitioner (fiancée) it make me curious and confuse , i talk about this with my fiance and he said if notarize documents can accept he probably will post it but original certificates it is high risk to post
below the email i received from us embassy in malaysia
Required ORIGINAL civil documents (we do not accept photocopies alone) + ORIGINAL certified English translations (required if ANY information on document is not translated to English) + ONE PHOTOCOPY of all original documents:
Birth certificate of applicant(s)
Birth certificate of petitioner (IR5 and F4 visas)
Marriage certificate(s)
Original evidence of marriage termination (divorce or death certificate) if applicant was ever previously married
Original evidence of marriage termination (divorce or death certificate) if petitioner was ever previously married
Death certificates for other beneficiaries included in the petition, if any.
