hi all my visa is approved in interview (19/12/2023) but today (27/12/2023) i checking my visa status it show REFUSED it is normal it can be happen or status can be change ?? i didn’t receive any form or letter that my visa refused but i received approval letter from consulate after interview..now i am panic ..did anyone in this situation ??

i need some advice here,this status check make me panic ..after interview the consulate said my visa (K1) is approved,today i check my visa status it show REFUSED it is normal or not ?i didn’t received any form or email from us embassy in malaysia that request any documents,i just received a paper that saying my visa approved after interview..or i wait another few days to check status update ..

i guess notarize is better than original,it high risk if asking him post the divorce decree ..thnks everyone

K1 interview request original certificate from petitioner (birth , divorce decree etc)

that mean the photocopy is okay , what about divorce decree because my fiance divorce before did i need the original divorce certifcate or photocopy are okay..im sorry i am very confuse about this

hi all i need advice here regarding documentation during interview for K1 i received a email from embassy us (malaysia) that they need a original certificate for interview, i am okay about mine cert but for petitioner (fiancée) it make me curious and confuse , i talk about this with my fiance and he said if notarize documents can accept he probably will post it but original certificates it is high risk to post below the email i received from us embassy in malaysia Required ORIGINAL civil documents (we do not accept photocopies alone) + ORIGINAL certified English translations (required if ANY information on document is not translated to English) + ONE PHOTOCOPY of all original documents: Birth certificate of applicant(s) Birth certificate of petitioner (IR5 and F4 visas) Marriage certificate(s) Original evidence of marriage termination (divorce or death certificate) if applicant was ever previously married Original evidence of marriage termination (divorce or death certificate) if petitioner was ever previously married Death certificates for other beneficiaries included in the petition, if any.
