Mine is still the same.... SHIPMENT IN PROCESS AT THE EMBASSY SINCE AUGUST 11,2008( interview date) got the white paper mark wait till you hear from us and a pink slip)

patienly waiting here........ :) Just wondering if i am approved or not....i really cant guess :rolleyes:

Don't worry thes and rich, my interview was even on July 30th and until now I am still waiting for my visa. My DV just arrived at the embassy last August 8.

Those who received pink slip and white slip please text or do online to delbros ask for status I just want to see survey if every one got the same status "SHIPMENT IS IN PROCESS IN THE EMBASSY" the day they paid the pink slip(visa deliery).

Text: example: "NML2008XXXXXXX STATUS"

Online at the "Shipping Tracking" enter your case number and add "01" at the end of the case number.

And please post your findings...

This is the automatic status after you pay the visa delivery fee (notice the date, which is the date of interview). It could mean many things: they are still waiting for additional documents, waiting for DV, still reviewing the case.

Once the USEM is finished with whatever it is they are reviewing or waiting for, the CO will order the printing of the visa and then visa will be released to DELBROS once visa is released to DELBROS the status will then add another date and then "SHIPMENT RELEASED BY THE EMBASSY".. once you get this update, it usually takes about 3-7days (depending on location) before the visa will be on the applicants hands.

the complete status update should look like this:

6/3/2008 12:35:29 AM--------SHIPMENT OUT FOR DELIVERY (this was the day I received my visa)

6/3/2008 12:35:04 AM--------SHIPMENT BEING PREPARED FOR DELIVERY

5/30/2008 6:54:32 PM--------SHIPMENT RECEIVED AT DISTRIBUTION CENTER

5/30/2008 6:47:33 PM--------SHIPMENT IN PROCESS

5/30/2008 2:21:01 PM--------SHIPMENT RELEASED BY THE EMBASSY

5/21/2008 3:01:16 PM--------SHIPMENT PROCESS IN THE EMBASSY (this was the day of my interview)

For the time being, since your visa status has not changed yet, continue making follow up with embassy. Good luck and may you receive the visa soonest.

I really don't know what's the problem. Everything works for me but when it comes on Delbros Shipping Tracking, IT WQN'T WORK.

My friend is asking me what status will she put in if she's annuled. I am not sure so I posted it here. Hope to hear from you guys.

What should she fill on those questions since she's annuled?

8. If she used her ex's last name,that'll be the one that she'll write on it,i dont know if nicknames apply here,i wrote it just the same since i used it on our chats and emails.

9. If she didnt use any first or middle name,just write NONE

10. I checked divorced since Single is for those who have never been married before.

how im going to know if my case was being touched, I have USCIS account but just wait CRIS email about the approval.. so how am i going to know about the touched? we got our NOA1 last april 7 till now no approval yet.. I want to know if were being touched......

If the date changes on the last update that means you're being TOUCHED.

What do they verified do on the Documents Verification. How the process go...Delbros -> USEM ->NSO -> Delbros -> USEM ?

Once you paid for DV, delbros will send a Document Verification form to NSO. The documents being verified could be Birth Cert,CENOMAR, Death Certificate, Marriage Cert, certificates that NSO issues. It's just like double checking since nowadays, they are those people produce fake certificates. Goodluck.

I have my interview last July 18, and until now no visa yet..Its been month..My fiance called the US Embassy in Manila and they said my DOCS is now in the embassy..How much time do I have to wait before my visa arrive? Do you hve any idea..Thankx VJers.. :

I had my interview last July 30th. DV arrived at the embassy last August 8. Last time I called up August 18, they're still reviewing our case. I understand your feeling. I've been asking myself, how long does it take them to review a case?, . Are they insensitive? Let's just keep our fingers crossed and pray to God.

why? why? why?

did they all just have same consul that time?? like this consul is having a bad day frequently??

is this a trend?? is this a new addition to visa process??

i mean what's happening?? are they being strict "again" at USEM for some reason??

I really don't have any idea about this envy_me. I just heard from jego_ryu(Ann) that recently that's what happened to God's*Girl,who will have her 2nd interview. Hope it's not something as a new rule at the embassy. It's really bothering. A little bit ok for those applicants living in Manila. What about those applicants from far places? Like me, for example, from Davao. I'm glad I didn't have to go for 2nd interview but even if I won't have 2nd interview, I am still in worried cos they don't have the SENSE of URGENCY.

BIG NO NO NO. Di ka tlaga makapagmedical if my period ka. They will advice you to go back when you're done with your period. You can't have a urine test and there's a physical test wherein you have to take off everything.

I would like to hear from anybody that had pink and white slip with just "Wait till you hear from us" nothing else. Please post your experience and how long before you got your VISA.

Hello there, i got pink and white slip too. White slip for additional document and I submitted it the following day after my interview. My interview was last July 30, 2008. Until now, I am still waiting for my visa. They didn't tell me "Wait till you hear from us". Last Thursday I called up the embassy and the woman said they're still reviewing our case cos the Document Verification arrived at the embassy just last August 8, 2008.

I am still patiently waiting for my visa. Hope it will arrive soon though.

i know a TOUCH can mean anything from your papers being transferred to another person or desk, to an indicator of an approval. whatever it is, i was touched today and i am still shaking until now. my papers were filed on feb.4 and my last touch was feb.7. i have been waiting and waiting and waiting. and now, i saw a TOUCH. and i just kept crying and praising God!

can you imagine how i will be when i get my NOA2 ... or when i finally have my visa ... or when it is my last day here in the Philippines? OMG!!! i just can't fathom it.

for those of you who have been in the same boat or are in that same boat, you know what i am saying. it is just sooooooooo good to be TOUCHED!!!

Im little confused now, our pocket already reached the USEM, and im doing some jobs now like paying the document verification, My only worries now is that im taking my son with me, Do i have to pay document verification for my son. My hubby called the USEM , he tried to call today if he can sched my interview but they saidand we have to wait till our pocket will be in there system although it was already in there we still have to wait. And he ask if i will apy visa fee for my son and they said i have to pay for me and for me son. He forgot to ask for the document verification if i will pay for me and for my son. I already payed for me yesterday.

Anybody have same case with me K1 with dependent. Please help me.

mhay_stewart is right. I have a friend too she brought her child along. She said she only paid Php650 for herself no need to pay for her child.

hello, congrats that you have your interview appointment. About medical, it's up to you when do you want to have your medical at least a week before your interview. Walk-in basis and first come-first serve basis na kasi ngayon sa St. Luke's unlike before that the embassy sets for the medical date.

Requirements:

US$213.35 for adults (15 years of age or older)

US$185.35 for children (14 years of age or younger

3pcs Visa Photo (of the same kind each applicant)

Letter from NVC (original or copy will do)

Appointment Letter

We had our interview today... got pink and white slip. I met god's girl (lyn) and yuki_lyka (gladys). worried kasi sobra akong grinill about sa mabilis na marriage namen ng asawa ko. tapos pati dad ng anak ko tinanong kung alam yun plans namen punta ng U.S...sabi ko may idea siya pero we don't talk na. sobrang tagal na yung last communication namen. he's not very involve sa pagpapalaki ko sa anak ko..even financial support wala. on my part naman hindi ko na explain mabuti yun kasi di naman ako tinanong. tingin niyo ba reason yun para ideny nila visa saken o kaya sa anak ko? kasi di ba di guarantee and pink and white slip na issuehan ka nila ng visa. venting mga sis...

PASADO kna the fact that you received the pink slip. And about the white slip, don't worry too much about that. What did they tell you when they gave you the white slip?

There's no way to find out the case number but to wait for the notice and if you can't wait for the notice try calling USCIS. It's free to call there.

Ok I sent the frigging packet off, it was like 57 pages...I might of over done the proof of relationship emails a little bit lol but oh well....So really I am just posting to say I did it and to make Mhay feel bad that I am more excited then she is so when she replies to this about she is more excited dont believe her....Cause like Rick Bobby says "If your not first your last!"........Oh yeah how do I do those signatures with all the graphics and timeline like everyone but me has.

STEPS:

My Controls ---> Edit Signature ---> Then do whatever you want you can update signature if there's something you want to add or remove.

i am in K3...i already receive an appoinment letter from usem...my problem is..i applied for my passport just yesterday...can i call the usem for a schedule even if i dont have my passport yet??? and also the Docs Verification in Delbros??? I have an 8yr old son who is coming with me...do i need a separate payment for him(DV)??? i am so confuse right now...i should have prepared everything before...i feel like i have to rush everything now....i need help and advice....anyone, who had/has the same situation???

I agree with everyone. DON'T RUSH JUST TAKE IT SLOWLY BUT SURELY.

While waiting for you passport, gather all the documents needed.

You can't have medical if you don't have your passports yet (you & son)

So, comply everything first before setting for an appointment.
