i woke up 5am then i try to on my mobile because its empty battery then nag on sya for a min. then i say delbross text message it said DELBROS DELIVERS! delvry for MNL20086xxxxx01 starts TOM up to d NEXT 2days! U MUST leave a valid id & a signed autorization letter or a 1wik delay will ensue

then i on the computer me and asawa ko talking then i got another text message said delbros delivers! delivery for mnl20086xxxxx01 starts today! you must leave a valid id & a signed authorization letter or a delay of one week will ensue. then after a couple of min wow i'm surprise its to fast the delivery man was outside my uncle told me that he was looking for me and hard to find me and good he saw the delivery man he keep asking outside where's my house hep hep horay i got my visa and i open it while me and asawa ko talking with webcam.... my flight its august 26 manila to tokyo tokyo to houston do any one have a same flight we keep in touch

got a question again... are fiance/fiancee and spouse related visa required to attend PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR (PDOS) ? someone told me about this thing and im not sure if it is really required. i didn't read and hear it before until this afternoon. any idea? thank you

pareho tayo ni send yung sakin august 8 ni send ng nso sa embassy tapos august 11 binigay sa consul tapos nung friday tumawag asawa ko sabi nasa another department tawag daw this tuesday hindi naman kami maka contact so tawag nalang bukas sana good news na printing narin... mas mahirap mag wait ng visa kesa sa noa2 hahahahhaha....

syempre naman my faith me kay GOD he already promise and he never broke his promist..

YOU'RE DEFINITELY RIGHT FEELING OF BEING SAFE. Though I got a pink slip there's the feeling "Am I going to have my visa?" But now really happy that I am safe. My fiancee already booked for my ticket since he's the one calculating the time when I get my visa. It's on Sept. 2nd.

Hi every one I met a girl from Davao (who is not a member of VJ) when I had my medical last week. She had her interview today and she got pink slip even without paying doc verification. She asked them if it's okay not to pay it and they said yes. Maybe because she is only 24 y/o. Well I guess the document verification is a case to case basis and maybe it does not apply to persons who are 24 y/o and below or maybe it also depends on the discretion of the CO.

I am 24 yrs old too, but I am still ask for my DV receipt. I guess you're right too, it's case to case basis maybe.

At last i got my visa! It was delivered today at exactly 11am. Actually visa delivery is not what i'm expecting for. I'm expecting a call from US embassy about the documents they asked from me. I just submitted it last Aug7. They told me to wait for a call. I'm doing laundry when I saw a delivery man outside. He passed by our house. He didnt notice the house#. I didnt know it was delbros. After a while my mother called me outside. That's the only time i realized maybe it was the visa. Yahoo! Thank God! Thank you my VJ friends!

About s questions mo, I paid DV last July 16 and forwarded to embassy just last August 8. My interview was last July 30. Naiintindihan ko feeling mo ting gnyan din ako nong wala pa akong update about my visa. Hope soon you'll be the next one to post about your visa update. I know you have a strong faith in God. it's worth the wait. Though we've gone through a lot of trials along the way when we're filing for this. Hope you'll get your visa soon too. You're with my co-Davawenya yuki_lyka when you had the interview. SUpposedly, I'm on that date of interview too but since my fiance set for the appointment and he wanted to finished the interview the earliest so I got the July 30th interview. my husband called USEM earlier, the one he talked to said, my case is still under review at the NSO. kindly wait a lil more and call again on monday to follow up if the paper has been returned to the USEM (they get the cases back every Friday).

How long does it take to review a case? It's almost 2weeks since they received the verified documents.

All depends on what documents they are reviewing. Late registered birth certificates can take months. If it's just for CENOMAR it looks like 2 weeks to a month. Hard to say with the "new" DV requirements. Hopefull USEM and Delbros will get their act together with the DV process in the future as they sure don't now!!

My DV arrived at the embassy already last August 8. Why taking so long to review?

yehey... got our MNL CASE NO today. been also told it was send to Manila Embassy! Thank GOD ! hope all of US have a SPEEDY process here.. good luck to all!
