  1. Should I call the US Embassy in Manila and inquire if they have already received my I-129F or should I wait for something to arrive by mail?

And what documents should I prepare for my interview as early as now?

And how do I include a picture of me and my hubby in my visajourney signature? Hehehe.

Actually, di po kayo nag-iisa. Buti nga po kayo eh may case number na. I guess you better start calling Manila Embassy to set for an appointment since you already have your case number. Goodluck po.

  4. Hey co- member,

Im very confused now, where on the 4rth month since our NOA 1. My last address put in the G-325 is my permanent address coz thats where i am when i signed those papers. Now my fiancee let me be here in Cavite to my brother house so that im near to process everything i need for the visa. Now, the problem is this, Would be the notice from the NVC will send to my last address i put in the form, and notice also from the USEM when they receive my pocket. When they send the notice what courrier they used? They will give to my Mother coz im not there and my mother will be the one send it to me thru LBC. Thats my worry now, what if the courrier they ise to send the notice from the NVC abd from the USEM would not give those to my mother and they need the person? Im already here in Cavite, what should I do?

My fiancee try to call USCIS to change my address but he was instructed to call NVC but when he call NVC nobody answer him. Please him help guys, i need your help.

    Thanks, advice appreciated.

    Hello there,

All i can say is, if you happened to be in Cavite already, send your mother an authorization letter signed by you and also your ID. In case a letter would reach your house and you're not there, your mother can receive the documents.

    That's all. Goodluck.

  5. yeah...its hard to wait..but its worth it..i just want to share this...hopefullythis things is good news to us...

the last three e-mail i got from nvc stating,( this is 3 consecutive weeks)

The National Visa Center has received your inquiry regarding WAC**********. After searching our records, no information was found regarding this case. Please contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS- formerly known as INS) to verify the status of this petition.

And last nite i got e-mail from nvc stating...

Your inquiry indicates that the approved petition has been forwarded to

the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. The NVC has not yet

received this petition from CIS (Citizenship and Immigration Services).

......im hoping that uscis already sent our application to nvc....and the last e-mail ddnt say to contack uscis.....i hope this is the good thing....please anybody can comment....share your thoughts..

    keeping my finger crossed....

That's good to hear milkyway. Maybe they have your case already at NVC just that they're not giving out exact detail since they're still going to assign a case number for that.

This morning we called up NVC since the representative called us that the USCIS sent our case to NVC before 4th of July. The operator said that they haven't got our case yet but she didn't mention about 2-4weeks or 60-90 days but instead she said "KEEP ON CALLING".

Keeping my finger crossed too!! :)

  6. Thanks for the info! Although, I'd like that director's number myself. Hehehehe.. could you please PM it to me? I hope our cases will arrive at the NVC by the end of this week.

    Hello there beijing.quifan,

I already messaged you the number of the director's office. Thanks to DianaP. Actually she's the one who posted the director's office number and here it is for those who wants it:

    USCIS director no. 202-272-8000

    Goodluck to all of us.

  7. hi Richel and Mike, Good morning guys....i hope they did sent our case to nvc already, i got an e-mail from nvc last nite, stating they dont have our case yet..im loosing hope here, its already 6 weeks........

Hello Milkyway. I really know how you feel. Our's is almost 4weeks now. Let's just hope our case numbers will arrive soon. NVC people don't have our case until they assigned MNL case number. But as soon as we get a letter from NVC it's probably also be in Manila Embassy as what the representative told us. And everything will be run fast and smoothly after that. Let's just pray and pray and pray.

  8. Hello there Vjers,

UPDATE: Last July 2 we called up the director's number. We got a representative who will be the one to look at our case. She said that she would call us back the following day which is July 3. Unfortunately, we didn't get any call on that day. The next day it's 4th of July - Holiday followed by weekends, so really have to wait for Monday. Finally, Monday arrived and WE GOT A CALL FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE. She said that she received an email on the same day,Monday, from the supervisor at USCIS that they sent our case to NVC before 4ht of July. I presume that if they sent out case it's not one-by-one,so I hope your cases are also there too. Goodluck to all of us. Hope we get our case numbers very very very soon.

  9. Hi, I am just new on this site, My husband and I is been having a difficulty on marriage so we both decided to end this relationship since it really wont work out anymore when I was with him I am the one ask a divorce from him because I cannot take it anymore with him having no freedom and verbal abuse. And about 5 years ago I meet an American and we have a relationship on that time but our communication was cut off because of the people around us and thought he is not coming back into my life forever and I decided to move with my life and just look for someone else and which is my husband now who are verbally abusing me counting every nickle he spent for me and all kind of things about my family. And anyway until I come here to america and my first american boyfriend find it out that I am here and he is still single and after 5 years he still love me and the same also with me I did not realize that I still have love for him after all those years, We start talking last December 2007 and I am still on temporary greencard and it will be expire next year June 14, 2009, My husband find out that I talk to this man, he find it out and about for a couple of weeks the divorce will be final and he filed to the immigration to withdraw his petition for me as a person who are responsible for me while I am in America and he included their all the documents about me and this guy's conversation, I talk to him so that I have somebody to listen all the pain while I have no freedom with him everything is in control I cannot almost breath and verbally hurting me, Am I going to be deported back to Philippines for this? If I get deported can I still come back to the United States? Is their still a chance for me to stay in America eventhough we are divorce and he withdraw his petition for me? Can I go to the other guy since we are divorce? Am I going to be in prison for talking other the other guy while I am still married with him? Hope anybody can help me here. Thank you.

About the conversations? You're just seeking for someone to listen to you, i guess so it's not bad.You haven't done any criminal case, so wala pong dahilan na makulong kayo.

It would really nice if you get the chance to talk and consult a lawyer for that.

At saka po, last but not the least, PRAY TO GOD. In times like this, SI GOD PO NANDYAN PLAGI. Everything happens for a reason. So hold tight po and pray.

Yon lang po masasabi ko po. Hope everything will fall into place. I'm praying for you po. Take care always and God bless.

  10. A lot of people were stuck lately.

DOn't know what's happening with all this delays. It's been almost 1 month and no case number form NVC.

Some says that they do get our case from USCIS but the operator doesn't know until there's a case number assigned.

Hope everything will fall into place. Goodluck and God bless.

    R & M

  11. it looks like some of us are stuck in the same situation. we received our noa2 on june 6, but nvc still hasn't received the approved petition from csc.

since i'm a little over an hour away from csc, maybe i could sneak in their mailroom and personally send our approved petitions to nvc. eventually things will fall into place, hopefully sooner than later.

You're right we're STUCK in the same situation. Nice to hear that someone's ahead of me is also waiting for letter from NVC...hehehe June 11th and yours is June 6th.

Hey, if you're planning to sneak in their mailroom please INCLUDE ours too please.

I am still hopeful that everything would fall into place. Or else I don't know what to do anymore.

  12.:crying: This is quite strange. The I-129F was approved on June 16th and I got the NOA2 in hands some ten days later. I have been calling the NVC almost daily but they do not have any records of our case. However, a friend of mine whose I-129F was approved on the same date by the same center already got the NOA2.5, which is a letter indicating the case has been forwarded to GUZ consulate! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're really on the same boat. :crying:

We're approved last June 11th and then got the NOA2 hardcopy last June 17th and for almost a months we haven't got any letter from NVC. :crying:

I am really CONFUZZLED!!! Confused and Puzzled what's happening on our case.
