    Hello everyone. I believe I am an October Filer just haven't been on here since I can't remember when and decided to be back last Friday literally.

    11-23-2016 - Biometrics

    04-25-2017 - Interview (Forwarded to Supervisor)

    05-11-2017 - In Line for Oath Ceremony

    07-11-2017 - Oath Ceremony Schedule sent 

     

    Now, waiting for the letter to come in the mail for the schedule for the oath ceremony.

    You can file for divorce and ask for a fee waiver when you file. Start the divorce petition so that you can ask for child support payments and get free legal aid so that they can divide up the debt that was accumulated by both of you during your marriage.

    thanks for your input. i have another questions, do you think i am entitled to get a support from him? Someone told me about him being my sponsor for being here in US. I'm not really sure what that person is talking about. Just a thought.

    I really need some inputs about my status right now.

    I've been married for the past 4 yrs with a US Citizen and just last September 17, 2012 my husband moved out of our house. We've had a very rough marriage I should say since the beginning. We have a 2-yr-old son and currently we split the week for parenting time.

    He filed for divorce last September, I'm assuming around the same time when he moved out but apparently he did not serve me. I am aware that after 3 months since you filed for it, it will expire so I think I have to do it myself just don't have the money at the moment. I'm basically living on payday-to-payday basis.

    What do I expect on my divorce case? I have debts that are in my name for example credit cards acquired during our marriage, car loans, and right now I'm paying for everything from house rent and utilities and not a single penny from my ex husband.

    Any suggestions, ideas, opinions, comments, criticism, and anything sort of thoughts for me are greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone.

In fact, naa mi diha gahapon and we'll be back there maybe tomorrow or whole weekend kay mag house hunt mi.     News that our walls and doors were banging because of the

    winter storm we're having right now and our truck ended

    up on the ditch while my husband is heading home and

    the county sheriff just picked him up and brought him home

    to me. THANK GOD he's fine.

    I got another news, just opened my email few

    minutes ago and really really happy cos i got an email from USCIS.

    Calling all I-693 'Medical exam and Vaccination record' RFE's

    in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas

    I noticed lately, CSC's been sending RFE's for I-693 both valid and not valid medical records from foreign countries.

    Anyways, I did a whole I-693 before I sent my AOS application since my medical has expired already.

    I went to Meritcare Occupational Health in Fargo, ND since that's the closest location where I can find a Civil Surgeon. I paid $171 for the whole immigration physical examination which includes:

    - Physical Examination (height, weight, checking breasts, ears, mouth)

    - TB Skin Test (have to go back to the clinic within 48-72hrs for the result)

    - Blood Test

    - Paperworks

    Bring your vaccination records cos they'll check if there's any additional vaccinations you need to be cleared. I presume your vaccinations were still valid to this date so there's no need to worry about getting more. I don't know but the immigration's being so strict that they'll ask for the full completed I-693. I guess in my own opinion, it won't hurt to do the whole thing to be safe.

    Can I get a California Drivers License showing my EAD card? I just received my EAD card last week on Dec 17th, I also applied for a SSN the same day. I was wondering if I can go to the DMV and show my EAD card only since my SSN won't be here for another 2 weeks or so. Did anybody go through this? Please share your experience

    By the way, I live in Hayward California (45 mins away from San Francisco)

    I guess by this time you already got your SSN, you can apply for driver's license if you have your SSN cos that's the main requirement when applying for DL :) You can get a free booklet from your DMV office and start studying for the written examination. :)

    By the way, Happy New Year. You'll surely notice the big difference how quiet their New Year's celebration here not unless you're planning to go to a bar. :D

    Document production or Oath Ceremony

    On December 4, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

    This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a green card) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, refugee travel documents or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

    got an email, USCIS ordered production of my EAD card.. one down. :)

    Djohn, maybe tomorrow it will be yours.

    I didn't got touch on my EAD since Oct. 27

    and now they just sent an email that they ordered production.

    WOW sooooo many approvals already!! Congrats to those who got their GCs and interview letters!!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: This is so exciting!

    I should stop checking our case status online everyday since it seems like they hardly ever update it!! The I-130 hasn't been touched in a month but maybe they actually have looked it :wacko:

    EAD card Received in mail today, now waiting for AOS

    Congrats on getting the EAD card. we're almost have the same timeline.. but still now i haven't received any emails about my EAD.. still waiting for that.

    Don't worry too much Djohn, everything's gonna be fine. Haven't got touches on my EAD too since Oct. 27.

    But my AOS' touches were overflowing and just got another touch today still my AOS.

    We have a lots of people here supporting us and praying for us, just hang in there...ok?
