    Hi - has anyone dealt with requesting a Hong Kong Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (CNCC), i.e. Police Clearance Report? My husband lived and worked in Hong Kong for 5 years and will need to request this as part of his IR1/CR1 visa. Directionally, since the certificate is sent directly to the US Consulate to Amsterdam (where we are applying), do I need to attach anything to my NVC document submission regarding the HK CNCC? I was thinking of attaching the application to show that this was requested already. In addition, is the NVC in contact with the Consulate to ensure the CNCC was received before moving ahead with a DQ status? Any info here is helpful!
