louiep got a reaction from karlanadriana in K2 Visa Question - Philippines
carl, first there will be no problem at all for your stepdaughter,as long as she has a passport and nso birth certificate!2 under Phil law and USimmigration if the mother was never married to the father, and the child is under 21yrs,the mother has automactically full rights and custody of the child under Phil law and US Immigration and can immigrate with the mother! They will do ytheir petitions together and they will have their interview together! You do not need the concent of the biological father for anything !yes you can do their medicals together, its first come first serve there so they need to check the days and times for this, they will pay for their medicals together the day of their medicals.i believe its 223.35 for your wife and 185.35 for your stepdaughter.yes you will pay the visa fee,for your fiancee and visa fee for your stepdaughter, but you can pay these both at the same time!in the future Carl, after everything is all said and done and your fiancee's and your stepdaughters visa's are approved and she recieves them from the 2go courier service the USEM uses for delivery,i think there is the final step for just your fiancee i belive to arrange for the CFO seminar and have her passport also stickered from them then its all done this i believe cost only 500peso's one peice of advice if you dont mind help your fiancee prepare for these differant appointments as she will most likely have to get up very very early for most of these,,on the days of these appointments making sure she has money for the fee's but also its important she has for fare back n forth and also for drinks and snacks in between the waits, good luck to the three of you,you can ask me anything anytime.weve been waiting ourselfs me,my wife and two stepdaughters under a cr-1 and cr-2's since july 5 2012 for our petitions to be approved pretty soon though i think godbless ps all payments are made in phil peso!

hello fellow vjr's of life family n love,,my question here is if someone can possably give some kind of idea, other than the standard of what it says on the USEM website about interviews, because I know somw what that is only a standard ansewer ryt? I know they don't especially go by the priority date in our case, because we are Cr-1 and I know they schedule interviews all month long for the USEM in Manila, but since our case is complete as of may 23 2013,because of my simple but costly error of time of sending in copies instead of originals, which has now been corrected, thats why we now have case complete, but because of this, does anyone think they will now schedule us for interview soon because our priority date of july 5 2012 is now becoming close and they will at least schedule us for interview somewhere near this time of date ???? thk you very much in advance n godbless for any help

hi ,don't worry it will probley delay it a bit maybe around 10 days like that, but send another ds-230 exactly filled out like you did before, just making absolutely sure you ansewer question 30 this time and everything will be fine!!send it express mail so you can track it also! don't worry to much,as it might take less then ten days or especially if it takes a few more then ten days it will be ok!just send them exactly what their asking, which is probley another ds-230 just making sure to answer question 30 I know how you feel as me n my wife n step daughters are kinda of in the same thing,n we miss our loved ones a great deal, but what is 10 or 15 days more compared to all the time that has passed since we first applied n were both very close to making it out of the NVC and on to our interviews ! gud luck on the rest of your journey n godbless

louiep got a reaction from marklovetina in Need PHI Lawyer advice on ex boyfriend and families right to take a child
there is no such thing as common law marriage in the phil and if any childern were born between the two parties by phil law the mother has full and unimpeading rights to the children as they are illegimate further if the mother so chooses she can immigrate with the children as long as the children have passports, which can be obtained by the mother easily as she has full custody under the law because she was never at anytime legaly married to the childrens father,my advice would be to have absolutely no contact with the ex or any friend or member of his family!!!!!theres nothing that your ex can do to stop you from immgrating with your children with the one who really loves you!!!just have all your proper paperwork for immigration n for the embbassy interview and passports for you and the children and your good to go,just completly stay away from the ex n his family till you immigrate!its actually illegal what and how the ex's mother is trying to do n how shes trying to draw you into something which yes can be undone its called human bribery on a selfish level, but would take months n alot of court dates in manila please just take my advice!!!!!!!!
