  1. Interview is scheduled for my son under section 322 n600k.The notice saying that the U.S biological parent must attempt at the interview.Thats ok i will attend! They asked to have with me all the original evidence that i submitted online. But it doesn't say anywhere if my mother has to  attend at the interview.Because my mother is the eligible person for the naturalization requirements.Does anyone know if she has to come with us at the interview?

When I applied for N600K  about 7 months back, I paid with credit card issued by Indian Bank, The fee was accepted. Receipt was issued by USCIS. It doesn't matter which bank issued credit card. What matters is the credit card must have Mastercard, Visa, Discover etc. international logos.

USCIS Website information is old. Fee Payments with other countries credit cards with one of the above logos are accepted.

Thankyou very much i appreciate it!!!!

    from the N-600K instructions:

    Who May File Form N-600K?

The following individuals may file this application on behalf of an eligible foreign-born child:

    1. U.S. Citizen Parent

A U.S. citizen parent who has legal and physical custody of a biological or adopted child under 18 years of age. The U.S. citizen parent must regularly reside outside the United States and seek naturalization for the child under INA section 322.

    OR

If the qualifying U.S. citizen parent has died, this form may be filed within five years of the parent's death by the U.S. citizen grandparent or U.S. citizen legal guardian.

Since you are alive and apparently have custody of your child, you would file. Your qualifying parent does need to attend the interview, in addition to your child and you.

Ok thanks a lot you are very helpful,so i file it and I sign it!
