I was trying to use the cspa calculator. I put the date 10/01/2023 which my pd will be current but it says Visa Bulletin Current Date cannot be in future?

I got an rfe again. My mom and sister got the sponsor, co sponsor, household member signatures got mixed up. So we submitted it today again

Oh my gawd that’s crazy that even after the interview you still couldn’t get a visa if your pd suddenly not current anymore

If i get switched to f2b, my pd is 2018. If f2b right i now is 2011, will it be estimated 7 yrs unless it doesn’t move or retrogress?

I looked up vb for oct and it says f2a will be feb 8, 2019. Does that mean my pd will be current? But that’s for next month. Can it still change like retrogress again?

can i ask nvc to switch me back to f2b? i was originally f2a then switched to f2b then back again to f2a i was reading articles, google, forums and it looks like i really aged out. but i am not an expert either. I dont want to lose hope but at the same time I dont want to lose time, effort and money and get refused visa after everything. my mom works minimum wage and i don't want to waste it. i read in an f2a fb group that some over aged applicants still got refused visa even nvc said they still be eligible.

Is it ok if I handwritten my husband i 864s and i just fill up the preparer’s part?

When I petitioned my mom, i sponsored her but i was single that time and no other co sponsor. Mom sponsoring brother but her income not enough. So im the co sponsor? Since i filed my tax married jointly, hudband is household member?

What is difference of i864 and i864a? The ceac website message said my name is household member and my husband’s name is joint sponsor. Could nvc mistaken? Or is it the other way around?

hello, I just want to make sure I uploaded the right forms. my mother does not make enough Money to sponsor my sibling. so I co sponsored. I just realized that I filed 2022 tax as married jointly. I sponsored my mother and brother(beneficiary), I have 1 child, husband and myself, according to the poverty guideline, my income alone will cover 5 household member. but since I filed tax with husband, does he need to upload the affidavit of support forms too? with the tax return it does not specify which income is by whom thank you

hello i am in somewhat similar situation. i hope i found this thread sooner. my story is in 2021, 2 wks before my 21st birthday, mother submitted fees and ds 260. my f2a category was switched to f2b. we emailed nvc and they said im in f2b category now and i cant upload anything in ceac. since we could not upload anything, mom sent docs via snail mail that time. im now 23 yrs old. i just went to ceac website to inquire if they received the documents we submitted 2 yrs ago. i did not inquire about cspa but nvc responded by switching me back to f2a. we are now able to submit the co sponsor docs, itr of mom's. i did the cspa calculator and it looks like my cspa age is now over 21 yrs old. i dont understand why my category was switched when my PD may 2018 was initially current at the time we were submitting the affidavit of support docs and now my PD retrogressed. i read on some forums that even at interviews the officer can still reject the cspa done by nvc.

what do you suggest i do? do i need a lawyer?

Agree. When nvc moved his category to f2b, I contacted them few times to put back in f2a but they kept sending the standard message due to numerical limitations thing… we can only hope it’s not 7 more years of wait. Also 2020 is covid. Thank you

Im also confused because I remembered paying the IV and AOS fees like about 1-2 wks apart. But when I looked up the receipt, IV fees was rejected on May 2020 but accepted January 2021. It took them 8 months to process a payment? Which fee supposed to be paid first? also, is it possible that your PD can be current more than once? thank you
