    Hello, My case is IR1 and NVC has already sent me my documents are qualified and I am waiting for my interview so my question is my husband has already submitted 2022 tax transcripts so my interview is gonna be after 7 month do they need the updated tax transcripts if I already submitted and get qualified ? Please help

      when was the case completed at NVC?

      our 2023 tax returns are needed if interviews are scheduled after April 15th, 2024

      if that is the case, the I 864 for both petitioner and the joint sponsor will need to be updated along with any W2's and /or 1099's for 2023

      the documents can be taken to the interview
