hi, i have a couple of questions 1. my greencard (of 2years) that i got after adjusting from K1 visa is going to expire april of next year im going to be traveling this december back to my home town for 2 weeks. will i have problems coming back to the states ? 2. what form do i have to file for extension of greencard? and where do i send it to? and do i have to include any proof of marriage. is there a format or an example for this? thanks in advance for your help. i appreciate it so much -m

hey guys, i had my biometrics done - 27th December 2023 - and i still havent gotten any updates other than “fingerprints updated” my case number starts with MSC24xxxxx i havent gotten my EAD either. is anyone on the same boat? is this a normal wait? because i see people getting their combo cards &/ green cards in less than 2 months should i be inquiring to uscis? if so, how? or just wait it out? i need to start working soon and this process is getting extremely exhausting any advice would be appreciated! thanks a lot, michelle

did anybody receive packet 3 yet? also how long does it take to get packet 4 after packet 3?
