    My joint sponsor filed tax return with spouse (Not working). Once I submitted the I-864 from joint sponsor and tax transcript for latest tax year. NVC asked for W-2 of the joint sponsor not the spouse. Once provided the case was DQ in the next round of review. If the joint income alone is sufficient then W-2/1099 of the joint sponsor is need to make sure the joint sponsor income is sufficient. In that case I-864A is not required from joint sponsor spouse. Providing too many documents may not be good if not asked.

    Approx 66+days after DQ for parents (IR5). approx 45+ days to interview after interview letter (email). No blood work will be done for medical if your parents are over 45 years just X-ray (additional info). Interview may be Jan 2024

    Do i need to take the printout of vaccination worksheet and the information sheet received in the confirmation email to interview?

    Needed for medical. Not sure about immunity record translation. Another way is you can ask your family doctor to write a lab requisition for immunity tests required by US immigration. If immunities are reactive then you are good and you need to take lab results to panel doctor. otherwise you will need to get vaccination for only those results with no immunity. TDAP/tetanus vaccination is valid for ten years

    LifeLab work is only needed now if you <=45 years old as per new requirements told by Dr.

    I went to Dr. Mascarenhas for medical today. The whole process was very quick except for X-ray. Everyone with early morning appointments had to wait for 30-45 minutes because the X-ray technologist was late today.

    I have medical next week. There are some intermittent road closure in Toronto downtown for the next week. I am not quite familiar with Toronto area. Do you know if the parking is easily available near Dr. Lyndon Mascarenhas clinic? May appointment is 8:30 am

    one dose should be enough provided the second dose is not due when you appear for medical. hep b has 3 doses (2nd dose is due one month after the first dose and third dose 6 months after 2nd dose). U.S immigration wants that you start the vaccination process before you appear for interview and complete it afterword. Please make sure to get yellow immunization card/panel doctor form(if needed) signed by doctor before you appear for medical.

    True It is better to be honest with that reply. NVC verification system will eventually find out from their databases that visa was denied

    I have interview in October. I changed my job after i submitted the DS-260 form. Should i update the employment history in DS-260 and submit it to MTL? Would changing employment history change the Confirmation No of DS-260 form? I have already entered existing DS-260 confirmation number when i registered for immigrant visa appointment.

    It is better to check the website of the doctor you intend to go. They have all vaccine requirements and form.

    If the case is at Montreal consulate after IL, do we need to take any action on DS-260 form if the status is complete? This is showing up on the home page of nvc (IV) Your case is currently being reviewed at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your visa interview will take place. Please complete and submit the Immigrant Visa (IV) Application (form DS-260) for each applicant on the case. After submitting the DS-260, upload all supporting documentation (as described on our website) for each applicant, if it hasn’t been done already.

    Quick question: I have already collected the immunity test results from doctor and had 2 vaccination from travel center. Is it absolutely necessary to bring the vaccination form (https://www.visadoctor.ca/en/us-medical) completed by family doctor to Toronto clinic or individual papers(immunity test result, vaccination receipts) also work ?

    I did my immunity tests in May 2023. My doctor received results (MMR, Varicella) by fax from lab. I did my two vaccinations(Tdp, Hepatitis B) from travel center and i got receipt from them. The fax copies of lab rests are acceptable by U.S embassy panel doctors?

    Any one DQ around second week of May 2023 got IL email this month or last month? My DQ date is May 11 no IL as of now
