Told at meeting and shows as issued.

We were told we would be notified when the passport was ready for pick up. This was to be 7 to 10 days. This has passed and we have received no notification. Haven’t been able to reach anyone. Can anyone confirm they send notice to pick up for sure?

Attempting to schedule interview in Mumbai and get this on all computers. Embassy doesn’t respond to anything. anyone else have this problem?

Does the letter needed for medical/interview come to petitioner or beneficiary? Do we need ds160 with mailing address in ceac ?before they send? have asked and can’t get a straight answer

To clarify: Are you saying the only city we can get a medical exam in is Delhi because they don’t send a letter?

Looking for any guidance on Mumbai embassy: . Our case has arrived at embassy. we need welcome letter (packet 4??) from embassy prior to scheduling/attending medical. Can’t get embassy via phone so far. we can’t log in to register an address in ceac till we do ds160. -is letter needed for medical exam coming to petitioner or beneficiary? Do we need to do ds160 to get address for them to send the letter? should we wait for letter to do ds160? I keep finding divergent suggestions for how to proceed. Some are on this site, 2 are from embassy prescribing different order of actions without any sort of clarification.

Hey guys, know you are farther along than us and was hoping you could help. We just got our nvc case number I went to ceac but couldn’t log in. Do we need to file ds160 first?

So average from noa2 to shipped to embassyconservatively 120 days? Trying to make sense of all above

I keep trying find an answer to this but it remains unclear: having received Noa2 when should I file I-134 affidavit of support? Can this be done now? Should it have been done earlier?
