  1. Hi guys,

As I'm preparing for the documents we'll bring for our Interview on 2nd of April, I have a few questions to ask:

My husband got a better job offer at the North in which he already signed for the Offer of Employment and will start effective April 15.

Now, we're trying to sell our house and we decided to move temporarily with my sister-in-law's house (closer to where he will be working) while we're waiting for the buyer cuz we don't know how long will it take to sell it with the economy that's slowing down. And the company need my husband so bad.

    1. Should we inform the Immigration Officer about the Job Offer and present him the Letter too or just present him the Certification of Employment from his current job?

    2. Should we inform him about the moving as well even though we didn't plan to change our address yet till our house will be sold?

    3. Do I need to file for Change of Address after I got my GC and when our house is sold even though I don't have any pending case at the Immigration?

    Thanks for your help :)

I submitted my petition last 02/03/2008... please give me some advice... thank you...

That happened with my K1 application before too. We waited for 8 weeks till they forwarded it to the NVC. Keep calling USCIS so they will forward your case to the NVC. Who knows they will expedite it like what they did to our case :) Goodluck!

  5. Hi! I live in North Carolina and I was wondering if anyone knew if it is posible to apply for a drivers license while adjsting status here in North Carolina?? Thanks!!

I think you can apply but they will check your I-94. That means you can have a Driver's license but that's until your I-94 will expire. You can go back and renew it when you had your AOS done and bring your documents together with your expired Driver's License.

  6. hi fellas...I have a friend who's gonna have her interview on sept 11 ( for CR-1), but her requirements are not yet complete...she wanna know if a divorce decree is a primary requirement required by USEM, since her husband wasnt able to send it to her..what do you think guys she should do?? she was given a time to reschedule her interview until sept 8, but she just realized that her reqs arent complete at this time...its already due for the rescheduling date given to her...anybody could help pls? thanks..

It's one of the primary requirements at the USEM during the interview but I don't think they will ask it again when her husband already sent a copy with their application at USCIS before she was approved. Her files are all there and they will review it during the interview. In case her husband didn't sent it yet during the application, she can still have her interview and they will ask her to submit it soon but she'll be under "Admin. Review" though.

  7. All young women should read this

    http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles....aspx?source=nl

article about the HPV vaccine. The fact that it is now a required vaccine for young female immigrants is just another example of big business running the government.

Please send your congressmen an email stating your concern (not that it will do any good unless you are a multimillionaire and make huge contributions their election campaigns).

    Take care.....

I had my vaccine shots done last month and the Civil Surgeon didn't require me to have HPV vaccine although I asked for it. I told the nurse that the Immigration might require me to have one but she said I'll be okay with the 3 shots I had. Well, I'm glad I didn't get one cuz that 3 vaccine shots are so expensive.
