Phew...I can access the appointments page again on the https://www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/ site. Almost a 2 day lock-out. Learned my lesson.

Yes, I had the same issue. I sent an inquiry to the embassy and they emailed me with what documents they needed to move forward with the process, after I sent the documents they sent an email with the interview date. So, I would advise you to contact the embassy where you will be doing the interview. 

Make sure to check spam/junk folder. And also check in right e-mail account if you have multiple accounts. (I did that mistake, gave a different account while filing 129f and kept on checking other e-mail regularly). if not, you should be getting e-mail in couple of days. Get ready and fasten your seat belt. From here, things move pretty fast.

Finally received K1-FTP and status at NVC is "In transit".

click on NVC package tracking and see the corresponding consulate, i assume yours is india which there are a lot of them while to my consulate Lebanon there has only
been one recently and it happened to be when i got my case ID hence why i “assumed” it was mine.

Finally received NVC case number today and is "at NVC"state. Do we need to open account at CEAC for future use?

No need for a CEAC account.
Shipping week is next week, Tuesday and Wednesday. Keep checking to see if it becomes in transit.

I feel like both replies Deekol received, seem like random standard message. When USCIS has sent it to NVC at the time of NOA2, that's the time NVC should have a physical copy. Received and not entered in the system is just pretty stupid thing, they are probably just trying to keep our nerves calm.
It's so stupid in this day and age for data to be physically getting mailed from USCIS to NVC and manual re-entry in the system, when we have super fast cloud technologies available. But I guess they want to keep such delays to slow down people trying to immigrate.

Unfortunately it's a gamble with NVC and depends on who replies to your inquiry. But I did that and got I think 4 or 5 inquiries with the same "we received" message, but never one that they have not received after they told me they did. A lot of people experience what you do too, that's why I say to ignore it and keep trying and pushing them.

Got Approval Today,
NOA 1 May 13 2022.
NOA2 June 13-2023.
Another wait starts, but hopefully this will be very short One!

Looks like they are having fun by playing with our life.

Update, we were approved on the 18th. We are happy and breathing easier. What a crazy emotional roller coaster. I wouldn't wish this kind of torture on my enemies.  
 
I stand by my statement they should not make others wait so much longer. So many people are hurting and it feels endless

NVC reported our case arrived. Probably takes another 3 to 4 weeks for actual data entry into the system (case number).
