hi everyone, i hope u r all doing ok, i hear some good news arround now so congratulations for all vjs who r at the end of their journey and i hope that all the other will hear some wonderful news soon any way yesterday i sent a package containing many important documents to my wife in the us, and i sent it throught the express tunisian postal service paying 35$ for that , and unfortunatly i send it using my wife po box address thinking that when it gets to the us it will be delivered through the us postal but it seems that the fedEX will be doing that and that this company doesnt deliver to po box adresses , so im juste hopping that they will use the phone number i wrote on the package to call her, any one knows more about this kind of situations ????????

plz advise us about the exact procedure we should follow to send the I-130 package through us postal, wt kind of services we should use "the express" and if there is any other delivery option we can use to track the package ?

we r so nervous getting ready to fill everything soon ( may be next week) and we wondered about using some of the letters i received from my wife as proves, i thought we should just copy the front side of the envelope which shows all the informations and the US postal stamp? but some friends advised us to copy the letters ? wt shall we do?

"One passport-type photo (see specification) of the US Citizen. Write the full name of the US citizen on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of ". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325A."

my question could sound really silly and stupid but i think that many of u hav felt wt im feeling now while they were getting ready to mail their forms,very suspisious, would u plz tell me wt kind of plastic bag we r talking about here ?????????

wt can i say to describe wt we r feeling now, since she left back to the us 2 days ago all i hav been doing is watching our photos and talking with her on msn, i didnt do anything besides that, it is so hard, this emptiness inside me

i know she is feeling the same and even more all we hav been talking about is getting her back here

and after some thinking we knew that we hav 2 choices :

* either we stick to the usual plan that many of u r applying and fill teh papers from there, and hopefuly we will be together in 8 or 9 months ( we r filling for a k3visa) since she cant visit me that often acctualy we got married on her first visit, waiting all that time is a very hard experience to go through specially that we r both very sensitive people and that she would be by herself in 4months cz her parents r moving to another state leaving her dealing with other problems starting with finding a little flat to rent and the fact that she will be by herself with no one next to her to take care of her plus all the financial problems that would be generated by this

* our second choice is that she leaves the us to come live with me here for at least 6months than we can fill directly at the embassy since she will be considerated as a resident, all she has over there is a car and her job we both know that her boss wont accept to give her any days off to come visit me if by any chance we saved enough moneyplus as he says he is not planning to give her any raise , taking this choice would make it easier on us specially that i hav a house over here and that she gets along in a fabilous way with my family, i may need to hav a second job but it is all good since we will be together , plus filling directly through the embassy will save us money and time cz usually it doesnt take longer than 3months to hav everything done , and u will be travelling to the us with an immigrant visa without having to deal with all the adjustment of statue

i hav spent hours reading about this K3 cancellation, and as much comments i read as much confused i get and this wt is obviously stated in many of them "I-129F K3 apps were only being administratively closed if the I130 is approved " but wt is an approved I130 ???????

1 is it when u get the Noa1?????(( really silly ))

2is it when u get the Noa2????

3 is it when it is moved to the NVC????

4 is it when it is forwarded to the embassy ???

any one knows anything about this ?????????

hi everyone , as i talked with many vjs menbers the last few days some of them told me that when they were filling for the I-130 they sent some extra documentation and they said that they think it made it easier for them to get an approval, an example of these various documentation r : diplomas obtained by their spouses , documents from specialised authorities proving their ability to speak and write english fluently, police certification showing that they hav no problem with law,

does any one hav an idea about this ??? do u think it can give a little push to our case if we send them????

AS we were checking some of the forums we noticed that some vj menbers who were filling for k3 visa has moved to cr1 saying that there is some strong rumers that k3 visa will be cancelled soon!!!!!!!!!!!! we r getting married by allah help in april and we r planning to fill for a k3visa but with these strange news it is getting us really confused so plz if any one has any further informations about it plz contact us ??????????????????

hi everyone, how r u doing ? i hope u can help me with this situation we found ourselfs stuck in , so as everything was going so smoothly to plan our wedding next april in tunisia, we had a very unexpected fact that may threaten many of our plans , we already planned to get married in april in tunisia , then start the procedure right away may be early in mai ,

as my fiencé lives with her parents and after talking to some of Vj memnber who told us it wont be an issue at all to use her parents adress to fill the forms we decided that it was the best solution since it is a very stable address but i think we were wrong cz out of no where we know 2days ago that her parents r welling to move to arizona , cz her step father got a great job offer there, it was very shocking since my baby has no where to stay, and her parents say they will move some where between june and september , and i guess they will be moving by the end of august ,

so as they said they can help us if we want to stay in this house but the rental is too much (nearly 1000$) and the area is very isolated so she cant stay by herself:( and we looked for appartement to rent and it is really silly a bedroom + a bathroom + a small hall costs 600$ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

our really issue is that wt shall we use on our forms, we can use her parents adress then change it in septemeber but many people told us it will cz alot of delay so we r avoiding that,

1- im asking can we use a PO box , which will avoid us to deal with the mailing adress change?????

2- how impotant the residency address is ????

3-would they ask for a lease paper or something to prove that she has a place to stay ?

plz help us we r in a very bad mood, her parents didnt think about the impact of the move they r making, it is getting so emotional she will left by herself which it will deeply affect her, im always with her by her side talking to her but as u alll know it is different to hav ur family away from u, being physicly alone is hard

hi everyone, thank u for ur replays, well i guess that many of u r on the K1 visa team, well if we chose the K3 it wasnt just like that but i think we analysed the situation really well:

my love can visit me only once a year and every one here is advising me that we should see each other as much as possible so wt if we cant, shall we wait 3 years to begin processing just to see each other 3times even for 2 years it will be so hard

regardless every other thing and logicly wt is more solid and serious 2 people who r welling to get married or 2 people who already took that step

in front of the interviewer we will be abit weak cz it will appear like we took our decision abit fast but anyway we r married there is a bond between us that will keep us together, in our situation it will be just another prove that we r really serious , if u take the step to apply for a K1 or a K3 it means that both of u r already sure about urself so u cant just say u will need time to know each other well, we already know each other even more than everyone of us know himself

we r simply soulmates and our marriage is really important for us regardless the immigration process, we want to be together as husband and wife, we already feel it ( u may say it is silly but we really do ) we just need it official,

when i check the timeline of many of the k1 applier here it turns out that it is the same timeline of the k3 even longer in some cases

and every one is telling us about that work permit well as i read K1 and k3 r the same when it comes to that, u say if and only if u enter the us through the jfk they will give u that 90days work permit wt if i dont enter the us through that airoport , and wt is this urge about getting a work and saying that it will be hard if he didnt work for 3 months wt if he just got sick and didnt work wt if he couldnt find one will u be upset will u say ohh i didnt thought it is this hard

i can take enough money with me to pass those 3 or 4 months to help my baby in everyday spending and plus we talked about and she doesnt hav any problem with that ,no one of us has children so it is cool, any one will need some time to adopt him self it will be hard if u will be pushy about getting hm a job since he get there im not saying every one of ur husband should stay at home claiming that he is just adopting himself but anyone will need some time

wt everyone of us should ask for is luck

to be sure and determinated

and then everything will be ok
