    i dont know why u didnt di anything about this , no NOA1 since august 2007 and u r still waiting , well u better get ur husband to visit this site so he understands wt to do , it is unbelievable 15 months without an NOA1 and u r still waiting, i think they lost ur second package , or u sent it to the wrong address, u need to do something about it , if not fill again , check the guides , we r waiting since 8months and we hav an NOA1 and we r so frustrated with all this, i dont understand how ur husband didnt do anything about it for 15months , god bless u and help u get through this

    My husband and I are still waiting to hear back, we filed out i-130 in August of 2007...............have not heard back at all.

    hi , wt r u still waiting for , u need to call them right away and demand some explanations , if i was u i will contact both of my senators asap , they r already working on July 2008 fillers , who knows may be they lost ur file , did u even get an NOA1, r u a permanent resident or us citizen ?

    To be honest i tried hard to understand the stratigie they r following but i couldnt , they r working on june and july fillers while other april ,may, and even march fillers r still waiting how fuking unfair is that, lets hope it will be this week. 246 days since we filled our I130??,????????????????

    congratulation for ur approval , one of the major problems we r facing here in Vj while we try to determine who got approved and who is still waitting is the fact that many just ignore updating their timeline and sometimes they just ignore the whole site as soon as they get their approval , in igore list there r many people listed but the problem is that they were not active for a while and who knows if they r approved yet or just left overs waitting , any way plz update ur timeline wish u a quick approval soon see u arround

    hi everyone, i hope u r doing well, i just hav a quick question if anyone may help , do they still work on weekends ?????

    i heard they r going to hav thursday and friday off next week so lets hope it will motivate them to work harder during the rest of next week days, anyway keep posting guys and pray for all of us to be approved, it is worse than dealing with any kind of administration in any country of the 3th world as they call it , at least there u can tip someone to get information or to get wt u need faster :D:devil: :devil: ;) ;)

    hi everyone, mixed emotions that's wt we r feeling, shall we get excited or shall we just hope that we wont be left over? and u know they hav history with that, today i saw a may approval coming from vsc , so i asked myself how come they went all the way to may when they didnt approve most of april fillers, well i think the answer is that it was a cr1 case. I129f could they just ignore it and give us our approval; well a may approval from vsc but wt chocks me every time is when csc moves, approving someone who filled in august the 28th???!!!!!! which is more frustrating is the fact that the senator office and the congressman we contacted did nothing but send us guess wt ? the whole table of the processing times of vsc with the elc address so we can check it every now and then as they said, shich is as i think insulting, i can go on and on and on forever but it wont make that weird feeling me and my wife hav, feeling that our life is on hold,nothing is harder than waiting for something unexpected, for a new start, but all we can do is pray , pray for urself and for others, share sadness and happiness, cz wt matters during this waiting is to be there for ur spouses and for others who r experiencing the same, god bless u all

    first of all congratulation to all approved and transfered, second of all wt the hell is going on in vsc, i hav been trying to figure it out for days now , those approvals arround the processing time update usual dates( which never came), first transfering some april, may fillers then june july and today august, ( we contacted the congressman office which acctually acts like an answering machine of vsc to shade some light on these transfers and their respond was as usual " back log" " processing dates" " special situations") wt special situations r they talking about , they created k3 so that people move faster through this procedure and now we "K3 fillers" r regretting the stupid day we decided to fill that i129F, wt shall we expect now, wt shall we do, we contacted senators, congressmen, wrote letters emails, im sorry but it is really frustrating to see people who filled in august and went through csc already in the us with a cr1 visa some of them with a job already knowing that they didnt use any shortcuts through nvc, next week is a holiday week so they usually go to SLEEP during such days, so lets hope for a new year full of approvals, we so want to be together during our first anniversary ,

    hi everyone congratulations to all the approved, lets hope it is really moveing , we didnt see 3 approvals in 1 day from vermont for a long time but i think they r just trying to get rid of march fillers to post the new processing dates , which i guess they would be arround mid april, anyway it is really better to see them working no matter wt,lets hope with all the transfers to csc they would be able to move faster through april , best of luck to all of us and god bless u all.

    all this waiting will make us appreciate every single moment we will spend with our spouses and feel how lucky we r to be together.

    yes henia, i knwo that, but this doesnt mean that we hate algerians it is unfair to say that, we r the only people who know how to deal with them cz we hav so much in commun, for ages it is known that algerians and tunisians get along so well, they stand up for each other they help each other, wt they did in sousse is nothing compared to wt they did here in my home town "sfax", they went crazy after loosing that match against morrocco and they did horrible things but that doesnt mean we hate them, i swear i was in hammamet and sousse this summer and they were so crowded with our brothers from algeria, all the restaurants had an algerian and tunisian flag on the top of them, algerian music was all over the place, i hav many friends from there i admit it is hard to deal with them sometimes but they r good people, they stand up for u when u need to. any way she said that she noticed that some restaurants didnt want to serve algerian well i hav to tell u this sometimes they dont serve tunisian if they feel they r troubles maker, here in my city many of the algerian spent a whole week eating and drinking for free 1)cz they dont want to pay 2) cz after a couple of days all the restaurants were closed and tunisian families were giving them food for free,

    when i say u dont know this country i mean it cz all over the west side of tunisia, the bond goes to another level family level,they r our cousins so it real hurt to hear an outsider like u talk about us like that,

    and when u talk about how young tunisian get involved with old tourists, it happens every where and i think u didnt respect some of the mena people by judging that kind of relationship teh way u did , we saw it even here a huge age difference, but i guess people r free to do wt they think it is right for them, it is so ridiculous talking about all this u just made tunisian people look as evils, well after all i can understand ur jealousy , take care

    hi there, im really chocked and sad as a tunisian to hear u talking like this about us, calling us rasist,for how long did u stay in tunisia, how much do u know about this country to talk about it like this, if u dont like it dont visit it , if we were that rasist we wouldnt allow 2millions algerian to come visit us every summer,the bond between algerian and tunisian is so tight and im sure that u dont know anything about it so plz save ur nasty words to urself.
