hi there , M n M, that was our false RFE, keep bugging them with phone calls and always always try to get to a supervisor, relax inchallah everything with be ok.

we got our interview date a long time ago it will be inchallah April the 6th, the consulate got the package 2 days ago, but we r stuck with the NVC cz of the medical letter, for 3weeks now we have been trying to understand wt is going on they generated to be mailed twice , we got nothing, now they r saying that they will email it , it was 3days ago still nothing, sometimes it is frustrating with them specially when they take their time with things and all u hear is wait for few more days then call us back , pray for us brothers and sisters , allah bless u all

u wont believe it , we didnt ,all we can say is thanks allah a million time , we got an interview date ladies and gentlemen yes we did , they r still scheduling , allah is the greatest we thought that we will hav to wait to the second week of march to get this , but when we check today they said that they already scheduled it is an early april date , thanks allah again and good luck everyone

we r still waiting for a "case complete" , they got the DS230 packet on the 5th of February, it is nerf breaking and all caused by a false RFE generated by an officer who thought that we didnt send the AOS packet which arrived a day before, they still claim that this mistake didnt affect our case and that this waiting is totally normal, any advise friends do u think we should contact our senators ?????

they can be sent separately but u better send them together, we got a false RFE cz the officer didnt think that we sent the AOS package which arrived a day before the DS230 package, they said it was a mistake and that it didnt affect our case but we hav been waiting for more than 10 days for a case complete and still noting so it is all up to u , god bless u all

well that is wt made us so upset, probably it is cz of someone who isnt really doing his job professionally, he just didnt look for the other package or a rookie who just thought that the 2 packages needed to be together so he just generated an RFE, wt bothered us is the fact that we didnt knew about this mess until today even that we called so many times every day, and now they r saying it is a mistake and it could happen to anyone and that everything is in order giving us the same 2weeks 6weeks bullshit, we had high expectations for this week we still hav 2days left it sounds very hard but all we can do is pray and hope , may god bless u , and send ur packages together

we were so happy to get out of the VSC black hole , we moved so fast through the NVC and we were hoping that we would get a case complete earlier this week so we can get a march interview, they got the IV package last thursday morning, we called many times every single day and all we got is ' it is in review' until today the AVR was talking about an RFE , we called tried as hard as we can to get to a supervisor, she said the RFE was generated last friday and mailed monday, and that it was cz the 2 packages werent together which is a mistake that should of been treated without generating an RFE , she said she will fix it ,commenting that probably all this issue wouldnt cz any delay ( which is bullshit), any way we still hav some hope left with the next 2 days, in the end dont believe an operator when he says ' it is in review' and try to get to a supervisor

hi everyone, after paying the IVbill yesterday the online system kept showing "in process" until minites ago it changed to "rejected" we called the NVC they said that it could be a technical issue (go figure) , we r trying to contact the bank to see if the money was transferred or no, plz advise us if u hav some experience with this, bless u

For OBX yes it is doable cz at the end they will ask u if u want to forward the cover sheet to another email other than urs so u can send it to urs hansband and he can print it,

Do u think we should write our case number on all the documents of the DS230 package too??

hi everyone, since we got to the NVC stage things were going fast and steady which is very appreciated, tomorrow inchallah we will be able to pay our IV bill hoping that we cant send the package the day after as soon as it shows "paid", do u think we would be able to get a case complete by the end of this week? if so do u think we can get an interview date by the week after( knowing that our embassy doesnt deal with CR1 visas that often? if not do u think that even if we got a case complete by Monday or Tuesday next week we would still be able to have an interview scheduled??? and wt about this priority date? thanks a lot and god bless u all.

peter u just need to check the AVR, and i think it must be generated since ur case got there on the 27,u can check with an operator,if it was generated u can email it and mail it too, i advise u to use priority mail good luck

Can I (the beneficiary) use the k3 letter i will get to schedule the medical exam and wait until we get through the NVC to turn it in during the CR1 interview?????????thanks in advance for ur help
