    YOU'RE RIGHT, GOD'S GIRL. I JUST TOLD MY SWEETHEART TO DO THAT. ACTUALLY, WE HAVEN'T REALLY MADE ANY FOLLOW-UP WITH USCIS SINCE THE DAY WE FILED. I SEE THAT YOU ALSO WAITED LONG. DID THEY TELL YOU WHY IT TOOK THAT LONG? WELL....I KNOW THAT IT IS ALL IN GOD'S PERFECT TIME. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOUR INTERVIEW.     I will be praying for your approval too.Whenever we call USCIS,nad bugged them lol.they couldnt give us information.

    Just be patient and wait!

    We had the same experience calling call center and trying to schedule for interview date, the first attempt was on tuesday,the cc agent asked my fiance if i got the confirmation letter from USEM and we said not yet then she said i need to wait for that for me get interview date..I was soooo pissed..lol. I didnt get content with that, I emailed Pink and told her about this scenario, she advised me to call Grace from USEM which i did,she said our physical file is not yet with USEM and advised me to call after 1 or 2 weeks...as usual i didnt listen haha.I called after 2 days! and guess what she said I can call cc now and can schedule my interview.Grace is very polite and helpful!

    We didnt waste anytime and called cc ,it was a guy who entertained our call and he is very nice :thumbs: he didnt bother to asked us if i have the letter from USEM.

    Just hang in there sis.

    I know how it feels when everything is all settled and out of nowhere there are some unwelcomed circumstances that will arise.In no time you will be reunited with your hubby.

    NBI questions

    Just have some simple questions about the NBI that I'm hoping someone with experience can answer:

    1) my wife has an NBI clearance that she obtained in May. Will the NVC consider that too old? My I-130 was recently approved.

    2) is the NBI clearance the same thing as a police clearance (as required by the NVC), or will she need to ask for that separately?

    As long as the NBI clearance is still valid, i think it has a year of validity date.

    Police clearance is different from NBI clearance,
