  1. hello everyone! I just want to say thank you for answering all of my past questions here and I must say that this website really helps us a lot!

I have another question again whistling.gif My visa will be here anytime next week... after Halloween. (I hope). All i need to do is attend the CFO seminar and book a flight. Should i just book a one-way flight? and at the POE what kind of questions do they ask? Do they ask how long I intend to stay? Can I say 90 days? coz thats the allotted time i can stay using a fiance visa or say permanently since I will be married to my fiance?

    Thanks!

Just book a one way ticket to USA.The IO will just ask you some questions aboout your petitioner,in my case this nice lady at the immigration basically asked me

when me and my fiance will get married, and after that she reminded if we don't get married w/in 90 days i should leave US.

    Bonvoyage soon!

  2. I was reading some procedures on when to submit this form. I know that you submit this to the NVC, but im confused at something. On a website I read that when a spouse or relative goes in for their interview abroad, they have to bring an affadavit of support. My question is, is it my affadavit of support? Do I have to make 2 copies and send her one as well as send one to NVC?? I just dont want to make a mistake since this is a long journey. Please enlighten me, thank you!

The beneficiary will bring of the Petitioner's NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT on the day of her interview. She will just need 1 copy.

You don't need to send it to NVC.

    GOodluck to your spouse' interview

  3. hay naku bevs! I can relate to your situation, you made an effort to get in touch with her, pause for awhile now and

hoping soon she will reply back to you.

Nakakasama lang kasi ng loob yung ganyan nag take ka ng effort to talk with them tapos wala mang reply,

    nakakasakit ng pride hehe.

Im sure u got tons of friends out there....not ur lost my dear.

    STAY PRETTY!!

  4. No Pink, No white slip after my interview. USEM contacted me after 6 weeks.

I hope you will hear the good news very soon!

  5. Sometimes, I regret going thru this K1 process. Before, when missing my fiancee was so unbearable, I jump in the plane and head to Florida to visit him. It may be costly but at least it made me happy. But right now, I hate it when I feel so helpless... I've been missing Stephen so much! It has been a week and a half since he left. And it gets harder and harder each time we say goodbye :crying: ... Even my son is missing him too, always asking me where his Tito Stephen is. Thank you guys for listening to me. Trust me, I dont really like posting something that is soooo sad. I hope to post something really happy next time.

NEXT TIME YOU WILL BE POSTING.....DELBROS TEXTED ME!! THEY WILL DELIVER THE VISA!!!!

  6. I totally understand what you are going through right now Ria.I've been there.

Dont lose hope.THis waiting time is just a trial. I know and I believe in no time you will get your visa.

I am praying for speedy issuance of your visa..and I sincerely do.

    GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS!!!!

  7. Sorry to hear about your experience with your ex-fiance.

It's nice your so happy now with your husband however there is no way for you adjust your status in US since your husband is not your original petitioner.

You can go back to Philippines then your husband will file the spouse visa, but I'm thinking your case might raise a red flag to the US Embassy since you married your husband in just a matter of two weeks of knowing each other.

And you are facing a ban now from overstaying.Consult an immigration lawyer regarding your case.

I wish you well...and GOD bless you!

  8. THANK GOD for everything HE has done..

What I have been through is a living testimony of GOd's grace and provision in my life.. I PRAISE U LORD JESUS!!

I count on God's promise on Exodus 14:14 GOD WILL FIGHT FOR U, YOu need only to be still..Indeed GOd did what He has promised!

Would we call that divine intervention? I didn't know God had that much pull at USCIS.:rofl:
