Hi, Just an update, my fiancee got an email this morning from NVC saying our case was sent to the embassey and our status is now in tranist!!!

Hi All, I just received my case number NOA2: 23/05. But we got it in a strange way; we were talking to USCIS about a minor issue with the approval notice, and in their response, they gave us our NVC case number before NVC had contacted us directly lol. I'm going to send another inquiry soon and see what they say, but I checked the case # on NVC and it says "at NVC," so I'm not sure how long we'll have to wait until it gets to the embassy; I'll ask our attorneys, but I'm not complaining lmfao.
