    Hi, Just an update, my fiancee got an email this morning from NVC saying our case was sent to the embassey and our status is now in tranist!!!

    Hi All, I just received my case number NOA2: 23/05. But we got it in a strange way; we were talking to USCIS about a minor issue with the approval notice, and in their response, they gave us our NVC case number before NVC had contacted us directly lol. I'm going to send another inquiry soon and see what they say, but I checked the case # on NVC and it says "at NVC," so I'm not sure how long we'll have to wait until it gets to the embassy; I'll ask our attorneys, but I'm not complaining lmfao.

    For sure! Our lawyers also said they would do this when our case hits 60 days so definately worth doing all!

    Hi All NOA1 28 April 2022 NOA2 23rd May 2023 What are times looking like at the moment for NOA2 to NVC? is their timeframe on their website accurate? (currently says: "Current case creation time frame: As of 23-May-23, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 2-May-23." ) Thanks and good luck to all here on these next steps

    NOA1: 28th April 22 NOA2: 23rd May 23 76xxx I can't believe it, our lawyers literally told us it might not be till september yesterday hahaha im buzzing lets goooo Wishing the best for all of you guys too!
