Hello, I got notice via email (K1-FTP) that my case was transferred to embassy overseas. A few of weeks later I received email that my fiancé can apply for visa application. Its been over a month and I still have not received NOA2 while the case is continuing. Should I be contacting USCIS for this letter? Does my fiancé need to furnish this letter along with NOA1 letter at the interview? Also checking case status on the USCIS website has not updated the case. It still marked as the case only being received which was a year ago. Thanks for your advice.

Hello, I was notified via email that the K1 visa petition has been sent to the U.S. Embassy. Does this count as NOA2? If not should the petitioner or beneficiary be receiving the NOA2 via in writing? Not sure if i should be waiting for paperwork to fill out or proceed. According to the letter the next steps should be to learn how to apply for the visa and prepare for the interview. Some advice given out here is to not include text messages in your application. I have an ongoing relationship thats LDR and communication is mostly via text and face time. Does meeting in person in the last 2 years satisfy the requirement for ongoing relationship? Thanks

Philippines. First meeting was in person through a family friend before the pandemic. We have several years of text messages. We only saw each other in person again recently.

Submitting text messages as evidence for ongiong relationship evidence. Sometimes text is in native language. Is translation required? If so does it have to be someone official? Thanks

Is it ok for the beneficiary to visit the petitioner on a travel visa and use that evidence as meeting in the last 2 years? Thanks

Hello, I have a question in regards to my address. I have been living in this one address for quite a while now >5 years but I use a different address as such for my drivers license. I just changed the addresses I was using to the actual physical address. How should I proceed when filling out the form? Thanks
