I have a documents tab and a button for unsolicited evidence but if I click it, I just get returned to the front page of the website.

Even I tried clicking on unsolicited evidence button and it was just refreshing the page. Please let me know if you find a way to make it work.

I guess otherwise we can only wait for one or two years until this I-751 get approved or until we file for N-400.

does anyone know why the USCIS Notices tab isn't showing on my account for my i751?

It shows up on my i131 two years ago but not showing up on my i751.

I never got the online access code as it was just automatically added to my uscis cases

Same thing for my I-751 case in my online account as well. Did you figure out a way to fix this?

Hearty Congratulations!  it is a big advantage that SFO does same day oath ceremony! How many people take part in that oath ceremony?

Also, I applied as a LPR for 5 years, but through postal mail and I only submitted green card copy (Submitted as per M-477 checklist from USCIS. Even though I'm married with kids did not submit marriage certificate or birth certificates).

My interview is scheduled for May 2nd, and per my attorney, all I need to carry is three years tax transcripts (plus GC, passport, appointment and  letter and state ID).

Did the IO ask anything about marriage, kids at all? Also, do they ask about where you work etc?

    Thank you!

IO talked to me about my marriage, kids, work and education including my PhD thesis. They seem to have found all my details through background check, even though I didn’t submit most of those details in the n-400 application. But it was mostly like a conversation and the IO was very friendly. Also the oath ceremony had around 20 people.

  4. Interview experience at SF field office:

    A US citizen now! 🎉

There was a long waiting line in the front of the building. So it took me around 20 mins to wait and get to the waiting area. Plan some time ahead, just in case.

My interview was at 12:45 pm yesterday (but got called in at 1:15 pm because the IO had to take extra time for the previous interview) which lasted for around 30 mins and I got approved for same day oath ceremony at 3 pm. Got the certificate of naturalization by 3 pm.

Documents submitted during online application for N-400 based on 5 year LPR eligibility rule:
    1. copy of greencard (mandatory)
    2. copy of marriage certificate (mandatory)
    3. copy of kids birth certificate (mandatory)
    4. tax transcripts of last 5 years (optional)

No additional documents were asked to be submitted during the interview. Originals of interview appointment letter, passport, green-card and driver license was asked to be shown.

Paperworks to be done after getting US citizenship:

    1. Apply for US passport (in person appointment at usps)

    2. update citizenship in SSN records (can be done by mail, once we get the passport card)

    3. register to vote (can be done online)

    4. update citizenship in dmv records (has anyone done this?)

Thank you...Oath ceremony was at 3PM, Because my interview happened around 12PM....Officer was so nice, he did not ask any documents except GC,appointment notice, DL and Passport.  I carried lot of other documents like others but It was very smooth and easy....

SFO is doing 1PM, 2PM and 3PM Oath ceremony and if you are interested for same day they are trying to accommodate accordingly.

I meant to say that came to united states 13 years back as a student on F1 Visa to pursue PhD and have gone through different phases finally become a Citizen..

Sounds great. Hoping to get a nice officer like that for an easy interview and approval for same day oath ceremony. 🤞🏼

Did my interview today and was approved!! I honestly did very little prep, I used the 'Citizen Now' app to practice for the civics test but that was it. They only asked for my appointment confirmation letter, drivers license, passport, and green card. No other documents were requested. They asked me 5 of the civics questions, then asked me to read a sentence out loud and write a sentence into an iPad, they might have gone easy here because I am an English speaker. But it was pretty simple, once I was approved they asked if I'd like to do the oath ceremony at the same time, I did that also today and got my naturalization certificate.

There was a big line outside the building, but after asking some people I realized that was for ICE registration, USCIS can go straight in.

Let me know if you have any questions and good luck!!

    Congratulations!! 🎊

Great to see same day oath ceremony for SF interviews.

Hi folks...I am delighted to inform you all that I have passed my interview today and completed oathing as well...Going from F1 (as a student) to a Citizen is not a easy journey, have seen so many ups and downs but now feeling so happy and relaxed.....My journey ends here with USCIS...

Good Luck if anybody is still waiting for their interview...Thank you one and all...

    Wow! Congratulations! 🎉

I remember your appointment was at 10:50 am. When was your oath ceremony?

What documents did you take for the interview? What documents did they ask?

My interview is on next Tuesday 12:45 pm at SF FO and on the F1 to citizen journey as well.

I have neither received the notice with the Online Access Code nor the Waived Biometrics Notice.

I am attaching the note so you guys can read it. It is weird that in “Notice Type” it says “Filing Fee Waived”. I did not applied for that and the notice doesn’t mention anything about it. Maybe it was an error on their end.

My 48 months extension receipt notice of I-751 also has this “Filing Fee Waived” written on it. I didn’t apply for any waiver either. But since they also show “Amount received 680$ “ , I am guessing it’s not like they are giving back the money anyway.

Mine is also an IOE case # with California service center. Received the biometric reuse letter about 2 days after I got the initial receipt notice.

Similar to @annrose post today, my online account does not show notice documents, Did you use the message option in "myaccount", or did you file mail not received tab?
According to customer service tier 1, they are able to view 2 of the same extension letter 797NOA's, but I can't.

I used the message option in myaccount. Estimated response time seems to be 14 days for that.

  10. I-751 Timeline update:

03/06 - Package sent to Phoenix Lockbox

    03/08 - Package delivered

    03/10 - CC charged + text message with IOE#

03/14 - Case status “Actively being reviewed”

03/17 - Received receipt notice (NOA1 - 48 months extension, California Service Center, with received date 03/08 and notice date 03/14 )

03/20 - Received biometric reuse notice (with notice date 03/14)

None of the USCIS notices appears on the documents tab of my online account for this case. I have sent a message in the USCIS online account with topic “technical issues” to fix it , if possible. Will let you know if they respond.

Now ready for the long wait for approval.

Hopefully they go for combo on the same day.

Heyy, we have very similar timeline at SFO. Hoping to get the same day oath ceremony.

How are you preparing for the interview? Are you taking copies of all documents you uploaded online for n-400?

Since I am applying based on 5 year rule, I am thinking to take the originals and copies of passport, driver license, marriage certificate, kids birth certificates and also this year’s tax transcript. I think I am good with the 100 questions on civics and history now.

seems like SF FO gives same day oath ceremony if you prefer that.

by GOD's grace I passed and got approved of my Naturalization application♥️

When is your interview time? Did you get your interview scheduled notice by mail?

do you need the extension in hand too even if your current GC is still valid? just wondering

If your current GC will be valid when you re-enter, they won’t even ask for extension letter.

until when is your GC valid and when are you planning to re-enter US?

I am still thinking you might get your 48 month extension notice in mail this week, even if it got delayed than the biometric reuse notice. It could be some delay with USPS.

    Additional updates:

3/1 - packet sent (overnight) to Phoenix lockbox

3/2 - packet received by Phoenix lockbox

3/6 - check cashed by USCIS

    <forgot to send G-1450>

3/7 - called USCIS to get a case number: IOE0919XXXXXXXXXX, and they also said that the NOA1 was mailed on this day

3/8 - online status changed to "case is being actively reviewed by USCIS"

3/13 - received "biometric reuse" letter

3/13 - received "online account" letter with the access code

Question: I still don't have the NOA1 letter saying that my 2yr GC validity is extended by 48 months... but I see this letter in the "Documents" tab in my account. Can I use a print out of this letter to re-enter the US, or do they need the original letter sent via snail mail?!

You need the original extension notice to re-enter US.

Once I showed a copy of my latest immigration notice at the US airport immigration and they didn’t let me. Luckily I had my previous original notice with me, which was still valid and that got me cleared.

do they send text messages around midnight still?

    sorry my anxiety levels stages:

-before sending out package to make sure everything is filled out, complete DONE

-while being mailed/shipped out that it won't be lost in transit DONE

-check doesn't bounce or card declined CURRENT

-text message that USCIS received application, hoping it wasn't rejected CURRENT

-NOA extension letter sent/ hoping it is not lost in the mail

-and every time an alert shows up on email/text from USCIS

    LOL

Lol. I totally understand this level of anxiety. I went through the same.

The text message was received around 8:37 PM Pacific Time for me on March 10th. Credit card was charged around 4 PM on the same day.

    Hello,
Today I received three letters from USCIS:

    Letter 1: NOA1 - 48 months extension

Letter 2: Fingerprints and other biometrics reused (not showing in the MyUSCIS website)

Letter 3: My Online Access Code for my case

I was able to add my case in the MyUSCIS website. It shows the "Documents" tab but it's empty.

    💃

That’s so cool. The new I-751 IOE cases might get the biometrics letter sooner then, like the n-400. Waiting for my notices to come in mail next week.

Wonder how some people can see the notices in “Documents” tab.

  19. 51 minutes ago, chonds said:

I’m thinking about requesting a code too, but I got stuck in the “Date filed” section. I don’t know what date to use.
Which one did you use? The date you got the text message? The date they picked up your package from the lockbox? I’m confused 🫤

Date filed for me is the date they picked up my package from lockbox.

  20. On 3/9/2023 at 6:50 AM, chonds said:

My receipt # also starts with IOE. I tried adding the case to the MyUSCIS website but then it asked for an “Online Access Code”. I’m assuming that code will be in the NOA. I don’t know much about it 😅 still waiting for that letter.

For me, the case got added automatically to my online USCIS account, at the same time they charged my credit card. Probably because I filled my existing online USCIS number in my I-751 form. There are no receipts or files in the “Documents” tab though.
