    We first applied for the green card through a consulate and had our i-130 approved; but then we transferred it to uscis as we decided to do the aos.

    When I sent I-130 in 2020 my mother was employed and now she isn`t. We did indicate that she was unemployed on I-485 form when we sent it in 2021. Should we update the i-130 or can we just underline it during her interview?

    We have our interview scheduled in December and we are a bit worried as we have no idea hat questions they will ask. Do you guys have any experience to share? Also, my mom doesn`t speak good ENGLISH so I was hoping to come with her. Is this allowed?
