You do need a police certificate for every country you lived in for over 6 months ....sorry I am not sure how to get them for the countries you have been in ......but I believe they are sent directly to you and that you take them with you for your interview.

You do not have to send back any documents. Only the forms and the checklist!!!! Documents will be for interview stage

I sent packet 3 back on 10th ....no packet 4 as yet

London Embassy does not send the forms with packet 3 (was case for me anyways)so she can start filing the forms and printing them .....Just a head up

I started K1 in October last year and went to the States over Christmas and New Year with no problems.

They told me yesterday that they would contact me within next 2-3 days if there was any problems. If I did not hear from them paperwork will be transferred to Embassy by Monday. So I am sure you are ok

Hi all,

Myself and daughter just had medical at Bentwick Mansions. Everything went more or less ok pending blood and x-ray results and a report from my daughter's school.......Report from my daughter's school? Well I had read that the Asian doctor was scary, but she seems to have scared my daughter to death....and when asked my daughter was not able to give her name or date of birth.....so now doctor think she has some kind of mental impairement and want a report from the school. Asian doctor gave me a letter (private & confidential all over it) to give to the school explaining what she wants. I don't think it will be a problem...My daughter is a bit late in school process especially in maths but there is nothing wrong with her mentally or intellectually.

Apart from that the nurse was very nice...she gave a waiver for my daughter HPV vaccin explaining that it will be cheaper to get it done in the States the X-ray man was a sweetie, as well as all the rest of the staff.

I am just glad this part is over......Just have to wait for packet 4 now

don't worry Jimmy....I join this site after my SO filed the petition and that when i realised the errors we made. Typo in his date of birth, wrong size passport photo for myself......Well we did get RFE but it was for him to submit passport stamp to show he came to the UK. Bear in mind those stamps were submitted with application

Our file was send yesterday to London from NVC

our file is on its way to London....NVC sent it yesterday....It seems to go so fast now I am so happy

im updating a previous post , i/we contacted NVC and were told our case was forwarded to US embassy London on 26th March , so i would like to thank Bex and Julezabelle for telling me to phone the Embassy and find out what was happening , and i finally got through to today!

Only to be told they sent out my P3 on 2nd April!!!!!!! This is 23 May!! And guess what i have recieved no packet!

I thought all i had to do was be patient , that these things took a long time !

So , was given a code to email all my details and request that P3 was sent again, now....... another period of waiting and hoping that the mail actually delivers!

Anyone similar? did you wait a long time for secondary P3? Will this one actually arrive ? something new to keep me awake at night!

If anyone else has similar timeline and like me is patiently waiting ....... a little too long call them NOW!

dang! I hope you're doing something to get that money back and alert the right people so this 'so-called' lawyer can't do this to someone else.

In all honesty, I realize this is a personal choice but you really don't need a lawyer for the process. The guides here and instructions right on the USCIS webiste are very clear. I have heard more legal horror stories than anything when it comes to this process. A sad testament to lawyers!
