NOA1 received today March 08, please update our timeline. GC extended for one year
-
You can file separately, but USCIS prefer filling jointly, plus your citizenship base on 3 years might be affected, someone correct me if I'm wrong. 3 years of joint return is required am I correct?
-
We got a reminder to but they had mailed it to our old address.
-
We didn't highlight, I'm sure they can do it for us.
-
I can't view the check online, they cashed but how come we cannot view it to get the NOA number on the back of it, it said electronic check Csc field office, anyone?
-
I sent 2 affidavits, but no tax returns, we fill them separately.
Did you send a sheet explaining why you filed separately, if not be on the lookout for a RFE. Joint Tax transcripts are the best evidence one could submit. and that might affect your ability to apply for citizenship in 3 years, as you will need to submit 3 years of joint tax return.
-
Our check was cashed today by CSC Field Office meaning our I-751 was accepted and join the pile LOL
-
Anyone?
Looks good, except that you need to include joint lease showing both names as occupant, joint utility bills, cellphone bills, cable, etc... BC of born child to the marriage if any.
-
Our I-751 Package was delivered yesterday in Laguna Niguel the waiting has begun
-
He can't remove her name from a joint account without her permission.
He cannot remove her, however he can cease the joint accounts at anytime, for example joint bank account can be closed by either party but one party cannot remove the other from the account.
-
A reminder being sent to than old address despite AR-11 being filed seems to happen quite regularly. Just record your current address on the submitted I-751 and all will be fine. Good luck!
Sent another AR-11, this time I fill out the form in writing and mailed it to that address at London, KY to be on the safe side.

880$ for each person in your family member and no discount for children, these scammers are greedy too, at least give kids discounts LMAO
Within 72 hours, you will receive a confirmation via email with your Case Number/Confirmation Number and exact date and time(approx. 2 days) of the final interview
You would be waiting your entire life for that confirmation of your case number and interview after falling for these predators FUNNY at all
-
Please add me, sending ours today in about a hour. CSC
-
Everything looks good, but I don't think two passport size pictures are necessary nor required. Good luck
-
Thanks, also is it normal for USCIS to send reminder to remove condition, they sent me a letter saying that I need to file I-751 to remove condition before my GC expires.
-
USCIS still mailing thing to us to our old address, after filling out AR-11 2 years ago and gave it to IO at our AOS interview in 04/2009, we about to send it our I-751 on monday. what should we do now?
-
NVC took almost 1 year and 4 months to tell they wont give a visa, why did your fiance waited that long to inquire about the case? tell your fiance if he could join VJ and explain in better details since you're confusing everyone.
-
Attorney assistance does not guarantee approval, however it does guarantee delays and RFE
-
Now you're scaring me..
I've had a K1 visa 9 years ago, but our marriage ended. Everything was legal, no funny business. The divorce has been final for over a year now. straight forward, just your average divorce with all the mixing of "he said, she said".
Now I have another K1. Filed in Late Jan, 2011.
Do you think I'll have the same problem? that is, YOU ARE DENIED!!!! NOT approved !!! etc...
thanks,
You wont have any problem, 9 years ago is a long time, plus your ex might be a US Citizen now
-
I agree with extremerecluse, NVC did a background check and saw her fiance sponsored a previous girlfriend which possibly turned sour, then failed to go back to her country, case was denied for that matter.

I had no idea that USCIS reads this forum!!!! Really? How do you know?
I had no idea my employer was reading what I post on FB until someone got fired. I'm not 100% sure they do, but I am 99.99% sure that they do come here randomly
-
I won't get upset, LOL!.....Well i they won't know that he wants a baby, because we won't bring it up, and if they do, we just simply tell them that we are planning on getting pregnant in december, and if they ask why december, we say because we want the baby to be borned in a a certain month....how's that?
But seriously though we know all these questions will arise so we are almost prepared for their interrogation.
I am 24 this year by the way.
You said you are not ready to have a baby and he is begging you to have one, now you said you just gonna make up an answer to the IO. did you know that USCIS read this site?
-
Him buying birth control for her is red flag... Anyone else?
How old are you? How old is he?
-
I looked at your evidence, you can add a few more things that I can advise:
N
eed atleast 2 years. 2008 and 2009 or 2009 and 2010 / US Federal and State Tax Return (Form 1040 and W2) or (Tax Transcripts)
Do you have joint membership acounts and credit card accounts
Any joint utility bills (DWP and Gas Company)
•
Since youre having a baby soon. You can send a copy of your baby registry. Or baby shower photos and invitation cards. This should have both you and your spouse's names (joined) or even documents for the Hospital Tour if you have one.
Cell phone statments?
Holiday cards cards, invitations and church certificates
•
Any ticket stubs from sports games and events
•
Any trip itineraries / vacations
Thats all I can think of.
Good luck.
What tickets from games and events really show as evidence unless it has both names and address on it?
